We remodeled and update our kitchen, and the stove needed the upgrading the most. We wanted block stainless, with a convection oven and ran on gas. This one works perfectly, easy to use, the oven heats up fast and cooks evenly like it should. The different sized burns it awesome for different stills of cooking. The bonus is the cook top griddle. We would highly recommend this Range, It makes us love cooking again.

When you have the range delivered, be sure to remove all protective film. My first range had a nasty dent under one of the pieces of foam. Called Best Buy and they were quick to help me out. The convect feature is nice. Everything I was looking for in a range.

Decide to make a full set for the kitchen. The only thing that missing was the stove. I opted to go with this one. Burner work really well. Live that it has different set of burner for different used. Only thing was the the middle burner was not strong enough to fry a steak.

Complicated to turn oven off. Burner guards are awkwardly tall and bulky.I don’t see a difference in the way my baked goods bake. They aren’t so even as advertised. I would’ve paid a fraction of the cost with a different oven & received the same results. I’m sad.

The oven/range is great! Love the griddle! If I could change in thing I would have the burners enclosed so that food and grease aren’t able to get down in the grooves. This piece of the range is a bit difficult to clean once anything gets down in there like a spill or overbooked pot. Other Than that It’s a great purchase!!
Haven’t used the self clean option yet; so we’ll see.

We tried for a couple of months to buy this exact range from 3 Home Improvement stores closer to home, but they were not able to get it for us.
I decided to check with Best Buy online and found out that I could actually get this Range shipped to the closest Best Buy Store in 3 days.
The purchase was completed online in less that 10 minutes, we got e-mail notification in 1 day that it was on it’s way to the Muncy PA Store, and e-mail notification 2 days later that we could pick it up on Sunday.
The process of getting this range took less than 8 minutes and the 2 Best Buy guy’s had it loaded and we were on our way home in 1 more minute.
This is what I consider to be exceptional customer service that set’s an example for all others to follow.

I am really happy with this range. The burners heat pans quickly and cook food without burning very fast. The oven is very efficient as well. The only drawback I find is that while cleaning the cooktop is easy is is also a pain to take everything apart and put it back together. The cooktop does get messy quite easily. All in all, I am glad I made this purchase. However, I did think that this stove had an air cooker app.

Supposed to be fingerprint resistant but it is not. Shows a lot of fingerprints or streaks from cleaning. Gas burners are very powerful. We only cook on low burner setting because the flames coming from the burners are really intense. Would not recommend any of our Samsung appliances that we purchased during our remodel. They should stick to TVs.

Samsung is no longer in the class of premium, built to last appliances. We purchased this oven and range 1 year and 1 month ago. Here’s our experience:
– 1 month after we bought it, the oven light broke
– 6 months after we bought it, the heating started taking longer and longer
– Now, it takes up to 2 hours to heat to 400F
Samsung will not fix the issue, because our warranty expired 1 month ago. We’ve had similar problems with our Samsung fridge having serious issues just barely past the 1 year mark. Samsung is engineering and selling devices to last just long enough to scrape past their warranty.
If you want to spend $900 for a range you’ll have for 1 year, then I guess it’s a fine range for that amount of time.

All our knobs for turning the stove on broke right after the warranty ended – ridiculous! Also, our camp chef puts out so much more power for cooking then this stove – don’t buy this Samsung Gas Oven Range – it is horrible!!!!!
