The remote control was too hard to navigate with the buttons were small and navigation in general was harder than other T.V’s we have experienced, also picture kept going dim. Had to return it. Overall when the picture wasn’t going dim on it’s own , it did look good. must of been a defect

I have so many problems with this TV. It looses connection a few times a week, it completely freezes at least twice a month. I have to physically unplug it to get it to turn off. If you have it mounted this is extra difficult. The remote is very slow and the buttons work most of the time. It recommends you get the app, but this TV can’t be accessed on the app. Picture is fine, but the sound is a mess.

Horrible! I bought 2 Samsung tvs for Xmas. One is great, the other is defective, has a white light shining on top of s screen. Best but refuses to take it back because I was 24 hrs late on their return policy. Completely ridiculous I been a dedicated customer to best by for over 30 years. Now you sold me a broken tv and because we didn’t open the box till a little later than when we bought it. I’m stuck with a broken television??? Never again will me or anyone I. My large family buy groom Best Buy again unless u exchange my defective tv that u sold me.

I wasn’t expecting to have so many options with this new TV beyond what I’ve been using for my HDMIs, but that doesn’t make it overwhelming. It has an accessible interface suited for my needs, which also makes it easier to adjust my settings and find other answers I may be looking for. On top of that, it’s responsive and has crisp quality, which is a step up from what I had before. It’s also no chore to carry, which is huge plus for a college student like me who has had a fair share of moving in and out of places.

Tv died 29 days after purchase outside your restrictive return policy. Samsung has been impossible to deal with. This was a Christmas present 2023 to my daughter. Very disappointing and purchase was a sacrifice since I am on social security. Poor quality product no service. Never again

I have had more trouble with this tv than any other I’ve ever bought . I suppose it COULD be my WiFi connection but no problems earlier. Turn it on and there will be no sound or sound is garbled, or extremely loud. Have had to search online for fix and reboot.

Very pleased with the TV. We’re utilizing it in a master bedroom where we have our cable hooked up to it and taking advantage of the streaming options in the smart TV. For the price it is great value, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. There are only two HDMI inputs and the refresh rate isn’t spectacular but that’s OK for what I’m using it for. I think it has a very nice picture and my wife and I are quite pleased with it.

It’s not an expensive TV so it doesn’t have some of the bells and whistles that other TV’s have. The work to add Apps and then access them is difficult. There is no “Siri” search feature so if you are looking for a show, uncertain of which App its imbedded on, it takes for ever to look and find. It’s very frustrating.
