This is the first time I have used/owned a washer that does not have an agitator. It is quiet large, and that makes me very happy. I am still trying to familiarize myself with the nuances.
It would have been nice to receive a printed owners/instruction manual with it, rather than scanning a QR code to find it.

It’s not great but not bad. It’s much taller than I anticipated and being 5 foot 2, I have to reach way down to the bottom of the tub on my toes to gather the wash. I wish it were quieter and the wash cycle was shorter but overall, I like the little compartment to pour detergent and fabric softener so I don’t need to use a separate measuring cup. I can live with it.

This is my 2nd Samsung style washer purchase. I was replacing my dryer but decided to upgrade and replace my washer as well. It’s the same kind but an upgraded version. I love it just the same as the other. Of course I love the singing alert when the load is complete.

We had this machine for just under 3 years when suddenly it started becoming unbalanced during the spin cycle on even the smallest loads. It is impossible to get through a full wash cycle even interrupting the cycle to rearrange the clothes each time it became unbalanced during the spin. A repairman told us that we need to replace the 4 suspension rods, which in total cost more than replacing the machine altogether. Until now, we had been very happy with it, but we should get more than 3 years from a new washer. The GE washer we had before this lasted over 10 years.

The installer didn’t hook up the drain hose so the house was flooded. I filed a claim twice because they forgot to send the first one through. Now they said they will close the second case and wait to hear from our attorney. What? I’ve been buying TV’s, phones and appliances from Best Buy since the 90’s. I have 300 dvd’s from them. My go-to. But this one is a deal breaker. Buyers beware!

Worst machine we’ve ever owned. It has started having problems after 18 months. It goes out of balance almost every load, size of the load does not matter. It rebalances now and restarts the whole cycle again, if not monitored to stop. I’ve never owned such a poor performing appliance in my life. Called customer service who offered little to no help. Told me to recalibrate and if it still goes out of balance pay for a technician to come out. A 1 year warranty on a major appliance was the first red flag….I would never recommend this machine to anyone based on the experience I have had.
