Love my new washing machine. The laundry tub is huge and deep, it can even wash a light comforter easily. Just wish it came with a stool for people of shorter stature, so they can reach the bottom! All in all a fabulous machine with not too many extras that gets the clothes cleaned!

we purchased the set for our new home, and have always enjoyed using Samsung products besides fridge. we purchased the older model before these back in 2012 and just replaced them with these. they last long, and can take a beating. basic components might wear out, but easily fixes that can be done with some simple YouTube videos. (heating element, switches, etc.) highly recommend the set!

Washer works great. Just don’t pay to have it hooked up. I did and they had the hot and cold water hook up on wrong. I had to do it myself. I paid them to hook it up and ended up having to doing it over.

I’ve owned this washer (and its dryer equivalent) for a year now & absolutely love them both. In the past year, the dryer door has been sensitive & stopped like 10 mins after starting. I think I put too much heavy bedding in there during those times but otherwise, both washer & dryer have been great! I love them so much I’m buying another set for my other home.

It is December 2023 right now and I ordered this washer (also got the dryer) in June 2022 and it has worked very well since then. It took me a minute to figure out how to use it, but after that it has been a breeze. The ability to select a water level is nice as sometimes more is needed to get the extra dirty loads clean. I would recommend this washer to anyone looking.
