I bought this combination microwave oven on 6/20
It staid in the box until 6/27 when it was finally Installed, The Oven did not work, the only thing that work fine was the microwave, Samsung technician came out today and he can’t fix it. Best Buy will not replace it with a new one. So I basically spent 3,000 On a piece of junk that doesn’t work. I am super disappointed at this company, I just bought my whole kitchen from Best Buy, $7,000 worth of brand new appliances I wish I would have bought someplace else.

We bought this to replace our 23-year-old original microwave/oven combo. What a difference! The touch screen is easy to manage, and the ability to combine the microwave with convection or use as another convection oven is something we didn’t know we needed until we got it. Still learning how to use the wifi and app. We would definitely recommend it.

Oven worked fine for a little over a year and then in the middle of cooking dinner…the oven and microwave no longer work. This is apparently a very common and known problem, code CA-2. This error means the cooling motor is not working, all troubleshooting failed. So our WALL oven, now has to be removed from our also brand new cabinet as the cooling motor is behind the oven. Oven wasn’t installed until 12-2020, this is ridiculous.
I would never recommend paying $3,000 for something that breaks in a year. We don’t use our oven/microwave excessively, maybe 3-4 times per week.
We purchased all new Samsung kitchen appliances and so far our vent hood arrived broken and now our oven/microwave is broken.
Stay away. Who knows how much it will cost to fix but technician can’t be here for another week.

Bought this combo along with other Samsung kitchen appliances. Near the end of the first year, the microwave stopped working. Samsung tech replaced a board and it worked for a month. The it stopped working and the panel began to get very hot when in use. Samsung tech said magnet was cracked. Replaced and it has worked. But now we are out of warranty period and I have a bad feeling this product is not gonna last.

Both oven lights went out at the same time. NO ONE would work on it! After countless hours on the phone w/ Samsung & months of trying to get it serviced, they offered an “out of warranty” appt. w/ their preferred tech for an astronomical price! We declined & kept searching & finally found someone. The tech cut the power & when he turned it back on, the well-known C-A2 error occurred. Now we have no microwave or oven at all. I have done extensive research on this & it is a wide-spread issue that Samsung is refusing to address or correct. This is WAY too expensive to be broken already w/ no way to get answers or support. Do better Samsung! I will never recommend these appliances & before buying, call around to repair shops in your area; might be shocked to find out no one will touch them.

Absolutely love the wall oven. The look and performance have been outstanding. The steam feature works awesome, and the flexibility of the microwave to brown and broil is a game changer. But why not five stars? Because as has been commented buy countless owners of this and similar models, there is no adjustment for the sound level of the timer and temperature alerts, and the default volume is barely above a whisper. With over 50 touch controls and app-based settings how difficult would this be to incorporate? And this isn’t me being picky; it’s a serious flaw in an otherwise great product. And seeing that Samsung had the ability to push updates to the device, why not correct this problem?

Our microwave stopped working after only a little over a year after install. Geek Squad sent out a repairman 3 times and he was unable to fix the oven so they are replacing it. Now since they are replacing it I have to spend ANOTHER $350 for a 5 year warranty. We have been without a microwave for over 2 months now! I don’t care what brand appliance you buy they are all JUNK.
