The oven is great. Has all the right settings, cooks the food well and quickly. My only complaint is the install. The oven with conduit exceeds the recommended install specifications, which makes it difficult to install in a standard 24″ deep cabinet space. You have to coil the conduit on top of the oven, which risks vibration when the cooling fans are running.

Bought the oven 3weeks ago. I have been waiting for the installation for what seems like forever!!!! The purchase was for the stainless steel and the warehouse keeps sending the black stainless steel. I would normally take it since it’s more expensive but it doesn’t match my other appliances. This is getting frustrating since I have to take time off work to be here for the window of installation they give you. I’m at a point that I may cancel the order and buy from Home Depot or Costco!!!!

This oven has all the bells and whistles, and looks really slick. But it lacks in all the areas that are most important. First. It’s really powerful. It will overcook everything we cook, so you have to cut cook time by ten minutes. But here is where I am really disappointed. The day before Thanksgiving, we made a pecan pie that overflowed and stuck to the bottom of the oven. I cleaned what I could with a sponge and decided to use the self-clean mode. I set the self-clean for three hours. As with all ovens, self-clean locks the door during cleaning mode. I went to bed. Thanksgiving morning I woke up and the oven was completely turned off…no power and the door is stuck in locked mode. I checked the breakers and per Samsung instructions, left the breaker off for 60 seconds. The oven is still dead. Apparently, there is a fuse in the back of the oven that trips if the oven gets too hot. Because this is a built in wall oven, the oven mounting screws are inside the oven door. If the door is locked, and the oven has a mechanism to power itself off if it gets too hot, then you can’t troubleshoot anything. So it’s Thanksgiving. We have no oven and Samsung customer care is closed in observance of the holiday. My only option was to text with someone presumably in India who literally was giving me directions like “please provide the serial number on the chassis of the warming drawer”. It’s a double oven with no warming drawer.

Nice oven, the steam function is great. Had to return our first one because steam function didn’t work. On our second one the buttons are harder to push.
Works –
We really enjoy this oven. The convection setting really cooks food faster and being able to control it from my smartphone really is a blessing.
Upgrade –
We really like our new double oven. Both are convection and this allows us to bake several trays within one oven. The controls are easy to use, ovens are easy to clean. Using the probe allows me to cook meats perfectly as it turns off after reaching the desired probe temperature. Only thing is it takes long to preheat the oven, but I don’t mind that.

We had the double wall oven delivered by Best Buy. Delivery was smooth. They arrived on time with no issues. We’re in the process of remodeling our kitchen and the Samsung double Wall Oven will be a great addition to our kitchen. It hasn’t been installed yet but it looks great. I’m so excited and can’t wait to try it. We had other options but choose this one because of the wifi feature. Will look great with my Samsung refrigerator.

I LOVE this double oven. We’ve had it for about 1 month now and hoping it continues to be one of my favorite appliances. I would like to add that it does hum while it’s on (which is why I gave it 4 stars). So, it’s definitely not silent and if your dining area is adjacent to your kitchen like mine is – you can hear it while it’s cooking as well as cooling. Not a deal breaker for me, however I wish I could make it stop and plan to do some research to see if that’s possible.

Replaced a 19 yr old unit so things have changed. I like the easy to read displays. I do a lot of baking and roasting and like the double convection ovens and that they can adjust my recipe standard temps to convection temps. Its nice I can broil in either unit also.

Definitely makes cooking healthier easier. It’s a time saver with the double ovens and will definitely be put to the test for Thanksgiving. It adds to the modern look for my kitchen. In addition, my home is predominantly electric so this fits right in. I deducted a star because it’s been a bit of an annoyance connecting it to my Samsung Smart things app.

Everything works well except for three things;
1. Hot air exhaust is only at the bottom front. No other option – this is not explained in the advertising.
2. Only the top oven has a ball bearing roller shelf. This is not clear in the advertising.
3. Only the top oven works with with meat thermometer.
4. MOST IMPORTANT!! You can barely hear the timer beep in the kitchen. You can’t hear it in any other room!

This oven is beautiful, but has not worked for more than one week since it was installed in January upon completion of our kitchen renovation. Maybe it is a defect/lemon, but Best Buy has been an absolute nightmare at working with us on getting a replacement. Not only will I never buy another appliance by Samsung, I will never purchase from Best Buy again.

The TIMER has a chime that’s barely audible. And this is true also for the chime that indicates temperture reached, or end of cook cycle. Samsung factory authorized repair says volume level is not adjustable–and there’s nothing that can be done about it. You’d have to be standing next to the oven to hear it.

Best Buy gave us a good birthday discount with this already quality and beautiful double oven. We waited for 3 months in the other store and got tired waiting and cancelled it but BestBuy readily have this oven in less than 2 weeks!!!

To qualify myself, I have a cottage bakery out of my home. Yesterday was my first day baking with this oven and I am thrilled with it!
The pros: (there are many!)
The oven is big. On the website it says it is 5.1 cubic feet. That is per oven! For a total of 10.2 cubic feet. Tons of space!
It’s a gorgeous oven. I love the blue interior.
The controls are very easy and intuitive.
Delay start. This is probably my favorite thing. Normally I wake up at 3am and preheat my oven for one hour before I start baking. With delay start o can have the oven preheating while I sleep!
WiFi/smart features: you can control the oven from your phone. I used this once and it was cool and very easy. I don’t see myself using it that often but it is nice to have.
Even baking, solid convection.
Con: only one that I can see right now and that’s the steam option. Don’t get me wrong, it is great but I wish there were more of it for some of my sourdough. I was hoping to bake everything out of my Dutch ovens but there isn’t enough steam to do that. I may try some ways to add steam but just by itself there isn’t enough. Also, I wish there was a way to stop it entirely without turning off the oven, draining the water. I wish I could do 10 minutes of steam.
Ultimately not a big deal. I knocked out 30 breads yesterday and I saved time and was happy with the even cooking.

Temperature is right on! Has thermometer for meats that connects directly from oven. Steam cleans instead of old ovens which get to 600’ & can cause fires. Also steams for baking, convection convenience. Love my roll out rack so I don’t burn my arm pulling shelf out..Love my bougie oven!!

Unfortunately, our unit was defective and had a major electrical “smoke-out” shortly after the installers were going through testing after installation. And we’re not talking about “new elements heating up for time first time” smoke, we had thick white electrical smoke fill out entire kitchen in short order.
I don’t typically like giving one star reviews, but the whole experience warrants it.
We ordered the KitchenAid KODE300E to replace it. Slightly more expensive, but wow! Beautiful unit and we’ve had incredible results. I’m sure this is probably not typical for Samsung (or they wouldn’t be in business), but that was our experience with the product.
The “Made in America “ sticker on the KitchenAid did make me smile though….

I wish I could give this oven 0 stars. We ran the self clean option, and the oven overheated, turned off, and both doors are locked. Best buy customer service is TERRIBLE, as is samsungs. Samsung knows this product is a piece of garbage and is still selling it. DO NOT buy this oven, you will regret it.

The oven itself is attractive, the features are great (on the surface), the lights are a huge upgrade to our previous oven. However the wireless feature is a joke and is hard to use, you need to keep the smart control option on, but if you open the oven or do anything to it, it turns off. If it looses wi-fi it turns off… the only one to turn it back on to control the heating remotely is to walk up to the oven and turn it on. The most annoying thing about the oven however is the build quality (internally). It rattles, buzzes and drones all the time and Best Buy even replaced it once, second one does similar loud rattling. The product has promise but it’s failing in too many categories to succeed.

I purchased this for my wife as a gift and since it has been installed I have to tell you , my wife hasn’t stop cooking in it. she loves the ability it gives her to cook multiple meals, back cakes, pies. My wife loves the stem function when she backs her out of this world cheese cakes, and the self clean oven option has cut her cleaning time by more than 70%. she love, loves, loves this double oven set. I was one of the best buy’s I have ever purchase for my wife.

Really nice. The model above this has the physical dials, but I find this easier to work with basic and intuitive touchscreen controls. Yes, if you are very particular, you may want to consider the finger prints, but I’m good with an occasional wipe down if the panel.
The outside is really well built. The handle is solid and the overall stainless fabrication around the edges of door is much better than the Bosch I’d seen in store.
Inside the blue finish is really beautiful. Premium pull out drawer in each oven will come in handy for turkey day. The convection fans are nice.
Ive only used it a handful of times but it’s really nice so far. Haven’t tried to do the self oven cleaning, but I’ll def check the manual if I do attempt to do so.

The oven displayed an error as soon as it was turned on. I called support and they gave me the run around for hours before finally supplying me with a link to schedule a repair appointment that was inaccessible. When I finally got an appointment, they said my warranty expired months before I even purchased the product! Unbelievable!

At first the oven was great for the first year, then started to run into issues with the steam feature. Heck I didnt even use the steam feature but it was showing error codes for the steam basket not seated. Got that fixed by best buy. Until recently it threw another error for CA-2 after using the self clean feature, So your telling me a feature such as self clean will break this 3k oven, Get out of here. Should of listen to everyone and stay away from Samsung appliances

I had high hopes when purchasing a Samsung double wall oven. Unfortunately, there is an issue where using the top oven on high heat trips something in the control panel and the oven needs to be physically removed and reset. It then will work once again. So, as a result I am left with a single oven.
