So far this oven works wonderfully. It has tons of features and we are still accustoming ourselves to them. One has to read the instruction manual thoroughly and clear will have to refer to it from time to time, but the oven is pretty intuitive to use. The only negative is that the clock display turns off after a few minutes. It would be nice if the clock display was always on, so that when you enter the kitchen you can see the time of the day. That to me is a slight design fault.

Modern, attractive, cooks much faster than my GE Profile set. Still figuring out the broiler, I’ve had to lower the rack and reduce to lower setting. Haven’t tried cleaning it yet but So far I’m very satisfied.

I love the features of the oven itself but the software is terrible. If the power flickers, the oven will obviously reset since it is basically a computer, and it is off no matter what you have it set to. So don’t cook something for 4 hours and leave because you might come home to find your oven off. Also it takes like 15 minutes to boot up. So that is terrible. Also I’ve had oven software completely freeze and I’ve had to go outside to flip the breaker to power cycle twice in a year. One happened during a blizzard. How annoying. Seriously don’t buy this oven. Completely a waste of over two grand. But what do you expect from Samsung? Ever product I’ve bought has major bugs. They hardly have a QA team worth any beans.

Here’s a couple of things you should know that could be annoying:
It takes some time to get used to the knob/digital combination to set oven. Not hard, just need to relearn.
This oven weighs a lot!!! Beware if you are installing yourself. We removed doors and racks to lighten it up.
The probe doesn’t work on steam roast
The probe is dangerous and hard to install with a hot oven. Be prepared to put in cold, or watch your knuckles.
Steam roast mode makes a few loud sounds
The easy glide racks have a turn up front edge, so you have to be careful with lifting out.
Can’t figure out how to make smart features work. Tried lots of times. So don’t plan on that beeing cool.
I can’t figure out what’s so great about the setting for “Healthy Cook” or “Gourmet Cook”. Can’t figure out how to use them either.
Even if you could get the smart feature, the oven knob needs to be turned to the mobile cook spot. So, plan ahead.

In terms of doing what it supposed to do, the oven works great. It also looks great too. Touting the functionality of being able to connect with Alexa, however, is a bit misleading. I couldn’t get it to work no matter how many times I tried. On the plus side, the Samsung smart things app works okay most of the time. Of course, that’s a first world problem I am whining about. Overall, it’s a great product. I am merely pointing out that all of the functionality claimed to be there doesn’t actually appear to be there.

Beautiful, easy to use oven, but didn’t give it five stars because I really miss the clock on all the time. When its off, it’s so dark it almost looks broken. This should be an easy fix for Samsung…

Annoying fan noise from lower oven when placed in convection mode. Apparently it’s a known issue, based on previous customer complaints. It heats up fast, bakes and roasts really well. But for the price the noise is annoying. Calls placed to Samsung leads to more frustration. I sent multiple emails of receipts to prove that I bought the oven and yet Samsung claims that I’m out of warranty.

Ovens were part of a full kitchen remodel and have been in use two months. I preferred knobs to full digital panel and wanted more than two racks per oven without having to purchase separately—easy to find in a luxury appliance, not so easy in the moderate price range. This oven fit the bill. The flex duo is by far my favorite feature. The ovens are being given a full workout during the holidays and I am very pleased with how fast they heat, even cooking, not too noisy and they cool down pretty rapidly. I can use all 3 racks to bake cookies without uneven results. Overall, a bargain compared to a luxury oven with comparable features, for several thousand less. This is my second Samsung appliance and thus far, I am very happy with it.

Two years in, repaired twice. Just tried the Self clean feature, 1 hour in and it just died. all lights off, doors locked. Waited a few hours after it cooled off, turned off breaker and turned back on. Nothing, doors still locked.

I am so in love with my stove!!!! It is so amazing! My food cooks faster. The stove has so many settings and options! The only problem I ran into is getting the stove connected to my phone, but I’ve never had that option so (can’t miss what you never had).

FYI the clock does not stay on. It is extremely frustrating to spend this much on an oven and not have a clock! The longest the clock will stay on is 60 minutes…unless you put it in demo mode every time the oven is not in use. This is ridiculous and Samsung needs to fix this ASAP. I will be returning.

This thing is sweeeeet. At first it was very laggy and took over 60 seconds to set a timer or turn on/off the light. I was frustrated but found that it improved responsiveness when I turned off the wi-fi. Finally I realized there was a firmware update available so I left the Wi-fi on and it automatically updated one night. After that, this thing is a boss. Very responsive and now I can even set it where the date/time stays on 24/7.
As far as cooking, I’ve put this through its paces making many cakes, muffins, bread, etc. and everything has come out perfect. So much better than the non-convection oven it replaced. I love that I essentially get 3 ovens in one (and we have used all 3 individual temps at once).
Bread proofing mode is wonderful. We always had a hard time finding a warm place for bread to rise before.
I have not tried the steam bake feature. I’m not even sure what I’d do with that. Mostly just convection bake for us.
The meat thermometer is nice. Just used it when cooking a tenderloin and it came out perfect. The convection heat browned the outside and it looked beautiful!
The slide out racks are awesome. I didn’t realize there were two. I put one in the bottom oven and one in the top but I think I might switch it so that one is in the top half of the top and one in the bottom half.

We recently purchased the Flex Duo Samsung Wall Oven and have not had a chance to use all its purported great features such as Steam Cook teh Flex-Duo, or the self cleaning option. Perhaps after I get used to it my rating will increase.
My big complaint is that the temperature CANNOT be set lower than 175 deg F which is the preset “Keep Warm” temperature. This is really too hot for already fully cooked hot food that you want to just keep warm. I called the company and was told there is no way to set the temperature any lower. There is also a “bread proof” option but the preset temperature is a mystery. I called for support on this to find out what the preset temperature is for this function and was told I could purchase an oven thermometer to find out. It also appears there is no way to set a cook time (when you first turn on the oven) such the it begins timing when the oven reaches the desired temperature. For example, you put in something that you want to cook at 400 F for an hour. If you set the cook time when you first turn on the oven It starts counting the hour then, not when it reaches 400 F. So you have to wait and watch to see when the oven reaches the desired temperature and THEN set the cook time.
My last complaint is that with all this technology, it should be possible to set the temperature to change part way through the cooking, ie., cook at 425 F for 15 min then 350 for 15 min. I called support and was told that feature is not available. So again, you have to set a timer for 15 min and then remember to turn the temperature down and reset the cook time.

We purchased this oven and have had problems with it since it was delivered. We have had multiple technicians come to look at it and have had numerous parts replaced (fans, boards, etc.). I would not recommend this oven for any use. In addition, it was very difficult reaching Samsung for service and impossible to escalate issues.

Really like the oven, except for two things: one, it’s subject to frequent remote access attempts from what xfinity calls a “suspicious” source. Two, we ran the self cleaning cycle, overheated, and won’t unlock or turn back on. First repair person was unable to open it, so now we have to wait for a second appointment.

Since delivery the double wall oven over heats 20 min. after the cooling fan turns off. The control panel gets super hot, the screen gets super and the Samsung logo appears and you can’t use the oven until it completely cools down and reboots. BestBuy has helped us out tremendously to resolve this issue and has switched the oven out twice and we are still having the same issue. Samsung really needs to figure this out!! Disappointed and frustrated.

Bought this oven and the temperature was not even close to what was set for the oven. Requested service from Samsung, but no technicians were available to service their product. Samsung finally offered a refund, but the cost of the oven had increased so it would not cover a replacement. Worst service experience I have ever experienced with over 30 hours on the phone and still no resolution. I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance and would strongly recommend others avoid this poorly constructed and serviced product.

So far, the oven has met expectations. One thing to note is there are molded feet on the bottom of the oven that add about 1/4″ to the height of the product. This was missed in the measurement and required us to cut 1/4″ off the trim for it to fit in our cabinet space. It looks good and works well!
