    I bought this oven thinking that for the price I was paying I would be getting top notch product. I am not happy with this oven and now I am stuck with it. It cooks unevenly, there is only 1 heating element in the oven on the top only. So, if you are cooking a pizza for example – the top will cook and the bottom will not. Cookies – top will cook, bottom will not. I cannot understand how Samsung could only put 1 heating element in these ovens. I would never recommend buying this.

    So far seems great. The bottom support could of used adjustable threaded feet to get the install height correct. Luckily I had small 1 inch boards that the installer used to raise the oven to the opening height we had from the last double oven. These adjustments would have made the installation much easier and quicker. It also may have made the fit optimized. The lower trim plate only comes in two sizes to cover differences in the opening on a customers cabinets. The installers put the wrong one in and said we would have to modify the other one to fit and allow the cabinet drawer to go in. We had to take the lower door off and put the smaller trim on ourselves (not to easy for first timer taking that lower door off).

    Double Oven is fantastic. Spring and her In-person sales team at the Annapolis location are fantastic. Based on the experience with my previous GE Profile double oven I purchased the Extended Warranty coverage …. I suggest you do the same!

    Love these ovens! We’d bought a new house and planned on living with the double ovens that were here. The fan went on one and, it was going to be kind of costly to pull them out to repair. Bit the bullet and ordered these and, we couldn’t be happier.

    The oven is great and the installation was flawless. The 2 installers were able to navigate the space with a large, heavy oven, hook up the electrical service with no problems, and fit it in the cabinet perfectly. They were polite and pleasant as well.

    Great oven so far. Our last oven was an LG and it was problem ridden. This oven is working flawlessly so far. The technology features are great too. Nothing better than setting your oven to preheat from your phone while you are upstairs and having it notify you on your TV when it’s reached temp and ready to go, just yo have it notify you when your cooking is done.

    We have only had it installed for 3 weeks, but so far it has been awesome. Both ovens heat up quickly and all of the extra luxuries are great to have.

    I love the look and the features of the ovens. It was easy to install by myself.
    The oven is noisy. It hums while it’s on. Support says it’s normal and since I’ve never owned an electric oven before I can’t compare. It’s doing what it’s supposed to do.
