    Installation went smooth and it worked great….for 7 days. Then it wouldn’t power on at all. Tried resetting breakers, nothing. It is dead. Had to pull it back out and exchanged it for a Bosch which it what I should have bought in the first place. My last Bosch lasted 8 years and literally over 4,000 cycles. Learned my lesson that not everything on Black Friday is a good deal.

    This dishwasher cleans great and is very quiet. Now I can run the dishwasher and watch TV downstairs without being distracted. You wont know its running.

    We have used it a couple of times since it being installed. The dishes have come out clean and the noise level is very low. Only thing we have had trouble with the bottom tray coming out as it does easily. It’s just a bother to put back in. Otherwise it is great.

    Where to begin? This unit while meeting the economical limits of our needs turns out to be a plastic piece of cheap. We had to have it serviced after 3 uses – they replaced the entire pump/water assembly underneath which you can guess was nothing but snap together plastic. The unit dries very poorly unless you use sanitize with rinse agent and pop open the door. The front controls can be locked but are so sensitive the on/off is constantly being activated. Additionally, the bottom rack often jumps off the guide, not hard to put back but annoying. The third upper rack is not that useful. I will say it cleans very well.

    Functions exactly as advertised. Beyond getting the dishes clean and doing so with minimal noise, I am especially pleased with the display panel; real nice to know exactly through which cycle it is currently progressing. My husband even understands!

    I’ve only tried normal wash so far, you have to use the sanitize feature to get the dishes dry. Very quiet, I haven’t used it as a pot-scrubber as of yet but stainless steel pots come out good, however I’ve put them in mostly clean in the first place. Silverware also stainless steel comes out a little spotted even when using the sanitizer feature.

    I AM GLAD A MADE THIS PURCHASE . MY DISHES , POTS AND PANS ALWAYS COME OUT CLEAN. THANK GOD . IT IS NOT LOUD LIKE A LOT OF DISHWASHERS ARE . IT IS EASY TO LOAD AND IT IS EASY TO START. I REALLY CANNOT COMPLAIN . THIS IS THE LATE APPLIANCE OF MY FOUR AND THEY ALL MAKE MY KITCHEN RENOVATION LOOK AWESOME , MAINLY SINCE I ELECTED TO GO WITH THE WHITE . SO CLEAN LOOKING

    Loving my new dishwasher! Not loud when it’s running. Only down side is that the buttons are very sensitive if you just graze them the dishwasher turns on. Other than that I love it.

    It’s o.k. I like that it’s super quiet, seems to wash fairly well and the 3rd rack for silverware and long cookware is a great use of space. My main gripe, which I now see in other reviews, is that it could dry better. I have followed all of the instructions, arranged the dishes properly, used a rinse aid type product, but still have more moisture than my last dishwasher. It’s a minor inconvenience, but not an all out deal breaker. I mainly see water on cup bottoms, which the manual addresses, but I expect better from Samsung. If you don’t mind wiping a few glass bottoms, it may be worth the investment. Again, my main complaint is the moisture, other than that it’s a good product.

    The Samsung dishwasher is not the most expensive dishwasher; but it does the jobe without a lot of noise. It’s lined with stainless steel and useful buttons.

    Dishwasher cleans well on the 60 minute cycle I tried. I like having the 3rd rack and the push button operation. The dishwasher sound is fine, but the heated dry cycle has a bit more of a humming sound than I prefer.
    All in all, a good product & fairly priced.

    This dishwasher was part of a package of appliances we purchased last December 2020. There are several issues with this appliance such as the control buttons on the front panel are too sensitive, excessive moisture left after the dry cycle, limited size glasses on top shelf, flimsy top shelf, unable to see rinse aid level, rinse aid compartment door pops open, and difficult to load dishes based on the layout of each shelf. It is easy to clean and is fairly quiet.

    Solenoid valve leaks early on into dishwasher ownership. Replacement part is $90, on a $450 dishwasher, which is ridiculous.

    The first time my wife used it I was walking around the house trying to figure out what was running, it’s so quiet I could barely hear it.

    The dishwasher worked for about the first 3 months. Then it would start blinking stating a water sensing error every few uses. After about 6 months of use, it just became a dish rack.

    Then 4 years after the purpose, it decides to leak water all over, and my hardwood floor is damaged throughout the house.

    Please do yourself a favor and do not get this item. It was professionally installed by Geek Squad.
