This microwave was suppose to replace my LG microwave however, it was shipped damaged and the door frame is slanted I tried microwaving my child’s baby bottle and it sounded like a truck was in my kitchen. Best buy should have trained installers. He knew their was something wrong with the product, left the device at my house and said someone would call me to replace it. The pther reviews are definitely accurate.

Do not buy this product. Had it for exactly a year and 4 days. -SE- code comes on the screen and the microwave no longer works. Unplugging machine did not reset. Samsung states its out of warranty and either the control panel or board needs to be replaced costing $125 or $200 respectively. Plus labor, it costs the same as purchased. Ridiculous. Design cant handle steam from people that actually cook.

Samsung makes garbage microwave ovens. My first Samsung lasted 1year and broke down thanksgiving morning. My second over the range died after 4 years the day before thanksgiving. Do not buy this brand!!!

This product has been great. Next month would have been 3 years I’ve had it and today a code “SE” popped on the screen. It stopped. I’m glad I purchased the Geek Protection. So I called and they sent someone out a few days. Sometimes when too much steam gets in the panel it will give this code. Usually you can unplug it for 20-30 min and it would reset. Within 24 hours they sent a tech, determined the problem and solved it.

I’m giving it a 5 because it’s a very nice unit. I installed it myself with no problems. It did show up damaged, but is was just an attachment for the Door. I tried to order a replacement part but after spending hours trying to find it online I just use a plastic glue with primer to fix it for now. I do plan to visit the store and get a new part.

I had to change them 2 times because I gave the code SE The day of the installation gave that code SE They changed it for me about a week And the other one they brought me about 10 days later gave the same problem again I don’t recommend it I had to change models I bought the other Samsung, the despoke that one is very good for the moment.
