The refrigerator is excellent!! I cannot say I was totally happy with the installers. The lead installer was kind of a “glass half empty” kind of guy. Upon reviewing the space where the fridge was to go, he was quick to respond that he did not think it would fit. When i pointed out to him that I had measured it in the store, he stated how long he has been doing these type of installs. When i asked him to open the box out by the truck and measure the unit, he complained that he would need authorization to do that!! Ultimately the fridge was measured and determined it would fit with the door swing as was delivered!! The second part of my dissapointment was when the installer went into the basement only to report that because we had a saddle valve (most of the community I live in has these) he could not and would not be able to install the new water line for the ice-maker!! I do not understand why this was not asked or determined before delivery!! Again, the fridge fits fine!! Thanks

Before buying this refrigerator we first checked CR to see how they rated it. And we haven’t been disappointed! Our old refrigerator was larger so we downsized to this one. And while it has taken awhile to get used to a smaller one we still like it. There are just two of us now (down from five) as the children are all out living their own lives. I really like the ice marker and It’s real easy to turn it on and off too. I would recommend this size Samsung to anyone.

Nice little refrigerator. We purchased this refrigerator for our one bedroom apt and it fitted perfectly.
It has a drawer were we kept our cheeses and cold cuts. Only downside is that you can move the shelves but I was never able to fit a gallon of milk or water jar standing up I used the shelves on the door instead. I was very pleased that it has a water line to make ice. I would say is more of a compact unit but very spacious. Also a great feature is that it beeps once it has been open for too long or isn’t close properly. The stainless steel did not rust like others brand. I would definitely purchase again.

Very pleased so far with the refrigerator and with the installation. Only concern is the possibility that the refrigerator and freezer doors, which both open very wide, could be damaged by the corner of the wall. In your store display, you have some guards that prevent this, but you do not sell them and I have not been able to find them elsewhere.

Unit not available but no one would tell me why. Checked Samsung website and learned the model not available in my area till August 31, 2023 at earliest (this was mid July)….another appliance store said no Samsung till Oct 16…another appliance store said model in being discontinued….Best Buy said model being discontinued 2025…whom to believe? but delivery promised/revoked so I went elsewhere to buy a new fridge

We utilized owner feedback reviews and Consumer Reports rating to select this model. We are quite pleased with the interior design, the exterior finish, the ice maker, and the warning tone if the doors are not properly closed after 30 seconds. Would buy it, again.

Stellar performance thus far! Maintains uniform temperature throughout and keeps everything fresh for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised that my produce looked and tasted great even after 2 weeks of storage in the crisper. I hope it will continue to perform well for several years from now. The top freezer is super convenient, but accessing the refrigerator can be a bit challenging for tall people.

I really like my new refrigerator. It is simple and old school. I like the deli drawer and since I have a water cooler already I liked the option of having an ice maker without a water dispenser

This is what I wanted ,It was highly rated at consumers report. The price was right, free delivery ,and installed where the old one was. Delivery guys were very attentive and I rate them on a 10 scale a 10 foe service. 10 being the high rated performance.

STAY AWAY from this fridge! Samsung appliances are the WORST! I got this fridge and a washer/dryer combo from them for my airbnb and after less than 3 years both broke down. The fridge costs $700 and the fix to make it cool things again costs $360! And after several months the same issue happens, and they say I need to pay again! I’m a 5-star hosts and the only bad review I got was because of the fridge not working. It’s beyond a headache now.

Great Fridge! The only “issue” I’ve found is the controls. I use a wheelchair for mobility, so I’m sitting when working in the kitchen and using my fridge. I can’t reach the controls for fridge or freezer temperature control!
