    Freed up much needed counter space. Much larger but slightly less powerful than older high end 1250w that was replaced. Minimal difference in cooking time. The exhaust fan is a great addition and it’s quite effective even without venting outside. Installation took a little time but was much easier than expected.

    Installed Christmas Eve and it lasted until 1/5. Completely dead in two weeks. Had to take it back down and exchange it. Regret this purchase

    I miss my automatic quick settings. For example: I have to press start even with the 30 sec, preset. The Stainless and the glass are not as easy to keep clean as you would like over a cooktop. Also, it is almost two inches deeper than the microwave we replaced with it. This causes a bit of an issue only BECAUSE it is over the cooktop. I am only five feet tall and I hit my head when I am reaching for the back burners on the cooktop. I like the interior (dark-blue with white speckles) and the cooking times are spot on. Overall, my only issues are cosmetic.

    Louder than average…. Inside glass tray slips out of position easy and gets off spin. Dark inside colored like and oven does not allow you to see splatters. This can be good and bad. Light is dim also.

    This Samsung replaced an older, similar Samsung microwave. There are some features not found on older microwaves, such as a Snack setting, and a Keep Warm setting. We wish there was a dim back light on the key pad, as the printed settings are not easily read. Happy with this purchase.

    Mine broke shortly after the three-year warranty expired. We bought this as a set along with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a gas stove. I’m not very happy with any of the Samsung appliances, and I won’t be getting them the next time around.

    Nice microwave but 2 things bug me. Setting the AM and PM settings are not intuitive and you have to press START after pressing the add 30 second button.

    The wrong microwave was delivered. This is not a complaint regarding the delivery team, but the store personnel for sending the incorrect replacement item and wasting time for both parties.

    This microwave is just ok. I doesn’t have express cook options, and it doesn’t come with an instruction manual. It works fine as-is, but the failure to include an express cook option is disappointing.

    When our microwave suddenly stopped working, we went to Best Buy for a replacement. We were looking for a microwave-convection oven combination, but when each one we were looking at wouldn’t be available for nearly 2 months, we started looking at the standard microwaves. This filled the bill! This Samsung microwave is not the fanciest, but so far, it cooks more quickly than our old microwave, it cleans up nicely, and of course, popcorn, anyone? Best popcorn I have had in a while! Would I recommend it? Yes. If you’re looking for a microwave without loads of extras, but which will reheat your leftovers, pop your popcorn, defrost your meats, etc., this is your microwave!

    I honestly wasn’t sure cause of all the bad reviews but if you read some of them they are complaining about dum stuff. It doesnt have the quick 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, etc option but like how hard is it to just type 1:00 lol, i really like it, looks really nice and it has a really good extractor

    Worked great for 2 years then died for no reason. Samsung repairs and a local repair wants $300 to fix it. Motherboard magnetron replacement or something. I’m just going to buy a new NOT SAMSUNG

    My only complaint is that when runnig it is noisey. The interior has a dark background and cannot see very well the cooking (boiling?).
