    First microwave had damage but BB was quick to replace and have FedEx deliver a new one and take away the damaged one. New one works perfectly so far!

    I really like my countertop microwave replacement. It’s the perfect size for my kitchen counter space and I was able to use my existing trim to have the built-in look. The only thing I don’t like too much is the sound of the microwave while heating the food, but maybe I just need to get used to it.

    Dont bother buying this product I have purchased a lot of products from Best Buy including other Samsung electronics and this is the worst one. This microwave doesn’t heat well and only lasted a year and when purchasing it I was told that there was an extended warranty on the product but it’s not true. Make sure you have Best Buy extended warranty. Otherwise you will have junk on your hands that will not be replaced by Best Buy or Samsung as I have contacted both parties and was told that I have to pay to service it which I am not doing. I’d rather buy a unknown brand somewhere else instead of buying Samsung ever again.

    Great size, but it is a very loud microwave when running. I love the preset functions, but wish it had quick minutes like the older versions.

    I bought this product (Samsung Microwave) in May 2022 and it stopped working barely 1 year 1 month after it was delivered. This makes 2 microwaves bought from Best-buy that are broken in less than 3 years! BAD!!

    Disappointed with best buy. I purchased an excellent condition open box version of this. By their definition only the box should’ve been open and nothing wrong with the microwave. I received a box that had clearly been torn open by something like a forklift and the product was damaged. I will not purchase open box again since they choose to be deceptive. And now the website won’t allow me to upload the photos.

    We were disappointed this microwave. The clock display went bad (missing parts of numbers) about a year and a half after we purchased it so the warranty had expired. My wife and I were the only users and did a lot of traveling so it had very little use. I tried uploading a photo a couple times but was not allowed to by the Best Buy app (got a Sorry, the upload failed).

    I do NOT recommend shipping. The exterior of the box was damaged and when opened so was the item itself. There was paint coming off, dent in the corner, and the door would not open without pulling it open. Went to the local store and exchanged it for another one. The second one was perfect and works great.

    The microwave had to be returned and replaced. The first one wouldn’t sit level and was warped. Contacted Samsung customer support and they were unpleasant and told me I would have to have somebody come out at my cost to confirm if it was defective. Brought it back to Best Buy and they were amazing. Best Buy replace the unit with a new one and it works great.

    Not a handle open/close. Not auto start if you press any number. Everytime you enter time cook, you always press start button. The only reason I bought this, it’s the cheapest among the display. Overall it’s a good one.
