Not happy with this microwave. This is my second Samsung microwave in the last two months and this one has issues like the first one. This one comes on and runs by itself at just random times with no one near it. Seriously that’s what it does.

Randomly worked out of the box. Clock would work and wouldn’t heat when started. Timer wouldn’t count down when it wouldn’t heat. Seems to be working now and has been for about a week. Hopefully will last but unsure if it will. Was able to get a service call easily with a local repair shop but canceled because it’s working right now. Works well when working

Overall is a great Microwave only set back is that it doesn’t auto time the minutes. If You need 2 minutes have to press 2:00 unlike other ones that by touching the number alone will auto start.

Had to replace a different MFG that stopped working after 4 years. This is an affordable model that does the job it’s suppose to. Easy to clean, easy to install, simply menu system. Heck even the popcorn comes out well…and the reheat option is better than other microwaves I’ve had.

Handle broke after a year, glad we had the protection plan because they had to replace the whole microwave due to the cost of replacement!

Three years old had to replace keypad in first year due to arcing. Now it appears the magnetron has failed-blowing circuit breaker. Costs more to have someone fix it than to simply replace.
