This bag is great. I love that it can convert to a backpack. It large, the pockets are in the right size and in the right places. The only critique I have is that the laptop pocket is too shallow. My MacBook Air doesn’t feel secure in it. If there was a Velcro strap the problem would be solved. My solution is just to put it in a sleeve then into the bag. Not ideal but it works.
I love the bag itself though. It’s perfect for travel and day to day use. Very highly recommend.
