    It’s nice but I wish we knew that there were newer models that had a panini press and warmer settings – we would have paid a few more bucks.

    I honestly had high hopes for this toaster. A fixed with tech and a conventional kitchen appliance. I plugged it in ready to put my first item in (bagel) and the screen froze. I troubleshooted per the manufacture recommendation and nothing worked. Unfortunately, i have to return this product.

    Bought this thing because my old toaster started to go out, and I love tech. So why not get a cool touchscreen toaster to make my stuff? This thing SUCKS. Burns everything or undercooks. I dont think ive gotten 1 great toasted item before, cooks so unevenly as well. Please do not buy this. This is a company that should not continue selling defective cash grabs

    We purchased this toaster in August of 2022. It was easy to set up and use. We also bought the panini maker add on and it was also fantastic and made some of the best toasted sandwiches. We probably used the toaster once or twice a week, it wasn’t something we used everyday. Here we are 7 months later and the touch screen has stopped working. The company recommended unplugging the toaster and waiting 30 seconds to plug it back in. That did not work. Luckily we registered the toaster and we have the receipt so we are able to file a warranty claim. It is just sad that 7 months in we are already having to replace the toaster that has been rarely used.

    Well, I hate to be the one to say it, but if I can prevent someone from falling victim to this, I will try. This company is not ready for prime time people. Clever marketing and a slick idea, but the sad truth is that it doesn’t work. I’ve had it for half a day and the screen is frozen. Tried rebooting it (as their site recommends) and still nothing. By the way, I love that the only thing they can tell you to do is to unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Very robust help Revolution…. Really…. Top notch. Now I know some of you will be tempted. “No, mine will be different.” “He just got a faulty unit.” You’ll say. Keep in mind, I am not the only person who has left a review with this problem. I ignored them all and what did I get? A crap toaster, with the same problem. DO NOT buy this product. Think of it as a normal toaster with a broken PalmPilot stuck to the front of it. That is all you are getting. I will be returning it tomorrow.

    I have gone through 2 of these in 1 week. First one wouldn’t lower down to toast. The second one that was sent worked for 3 toasts and then the screan froze and wont work anymore after unplugging several times. Were done, picking out a different one now
