I went into a store location to speak with someone so I could MAKE SURE I was getting the right product… Well, the employee there “helped” me and gave me the wrong information and I spent $80 on a product that is practically useless for what I was needing. It was a gift… and I was very embarrassed when my fiancé opened it Christmas morning and said he can’t really even use this product for his Xbox unless this is plugged into the computer… which isn’t even in the same room as his computer… And can’t be. Also, you can’t even use all of its functions because this is meant to be used for PC… The employee ensured me it wouldn’t make a difference… I should have known better because he was quite pushy with me to just buy SOMETHING. What a waste of $80.
