    Unit is very quiet. A nice feature is the ability to turn off the night light function. Unfortunately, the warm air mist function does not work and this unit uses a lot of water and pushes out a lot of water vapor. Whatever is directly near the unit will be wet!

    I bought this humidifier because of the price and the warm mist feature listed. Unfortunately, the warm mist feature never seemed to work. As others have said, it does pump out a lot of mist which doesn’t bother me. I’m debating on using my Geek Squad Protection to get a machine that actually will produce warm mist.

    This units perfectly fits our needs for a bedroom. It’s very quiet. It has a bright light, but we turn it away from us so it doesn’t bother us at all. It has helped the humidity in our bedroom tremendously.

    Works great. The lights are bright as mentioned in many others reviews but doesn’t personally bother me though. Very quiet and has different levels and adjustments. I love the warm mist bc I kept waking up freezing from my old machine.

    Love my new humidifier! It doesn’t take up much space, but holds a good amount of water so that I don’t have to add any for about a week. From PNW, so my skin gets very dry in the winter, even with consistent moisturizing. But since using this, I’ve noticed my skin (hands especially) are far less dry. Only downside is getting use to the settings, but the directions are detailed & helpful.

    I really enjoy this product. It has all the functions I could want and the extender pole is a great touch. I just wish the tank was larger and the display screen would go in to sleep mod after not touching it for 5 minutes. It lights up our room when we are trying to sleep.

    I have been using it almost non-stop for more than a month now, no issues except for deposits on the disc and around it that need to be cleaned once a week or so with the enclosed brush. I assume that installing a filter or adding some demineralization liquid may help with that and I’ll try this in near future.

    Very quite, 3 mist speeds. Large water tank also night light. You can notice the difference from breathing in air. I brought this machine through its good excellent reviews.

    Worked pretty good, but that blue light is just annoying. You can turn off the big light entirely but not the little square display, which would be OK if it wasn’t so bright at night.

    Does it’s job. SmartMist sensor is one of the only reasons why we purchased this one over others. The “soft glow” night light is not very soft, extremely bright. Even with the soft glow night light shut off, the display light is still pretty bright. Extension wand is another nice feature, it doesn’t fit snug into the hole but still works pretty well. This doesn’t come with any filter so you have to buy it separately, wish it came with one.

    I bought this for the Auto setting to make sure that once the humidity was at the right level the unit shut off. This is for my son’s room so I don’t want the night light on and want cool mist. Apparently you can’t adjust those settings when it’s on Auto, only if you have it continuously running. So it’s not nearly as flexible as advertised.

    I love this item. So easy to put together and use. Also, great customer service from Guardian. They will replace immediately if anything goes wrong. I would suggest using distilled water to fill it so that the white dust does not build up and wreck things. I need it because the dry heat kills my eyes. One unit is fine for my small house.

    You will want to order the decalcification filters if you live in an area with a high mineral content in your water supply. There is a fine white dust that is emitted due to high levels of calcium in the water. I ordered two to use in my living room (where we spend most of our time), and we have to refill each tank approximately every 24 hours, with the humidity setting at 50%.

    I am very satisfied with this purchase! Installed quickly. Highly recommend to read and follow safety tips before use. The product meets my expectations- quite, auto shut-off, gives options for both cool and warm mist! My only problem is that there is no built-in diffuser for my oils.

    I do love it! The only thing I wish was different would be the bright light at night and it does leak a little when you fill it. It leaks because of the way you put it back on the base.

    Only cool air. Not nice when is too cold. Cannot be near anything like night stand because gets very wet and can damage it. same thing with bed or wall. Light doesn’t go off and it’s annoying to sleep with it. Quiet. One tank on lower setting last 2 days.

    This broke down after a year or so of occasional use during the winter seasons.It was messy to fill as well. It simply stopped working. The digital reading was wonky and inaccurate. I tried cleaning it, but nothing worked. It’s in the trash along with the other pure guardian humidifier. I will not be buying from this brand again since these are not affordable enough to shrug off the planned obsolescence.

    This was a good humidifier for dry rooms. Last for about 10 hours before you have to refill the bucket. My only issue with it was the blue light was too bright for the bedroom during the night.

    I first bought mine 9/10 years ago. It still works using it currently and i wanna buy another one. The fact that ive gotten 10 years out of it is amazing. You rarely hear of products lasting 3-5 yrs now. Im happy the price has come down. It was $199 or $299 when i first bought it. Just wish the black color was still offered.

    Really helps for those dry winter days. The extension tube that can be added onto the unit looks strange but is great for distribution of the moisture. Only thing I don’t like is that it’s not a top fill unit like another one we have.

    This thing is magical. It literally saves me every night in the winter. I cannot sleep or breathe well in the winter without this humidifier. So easy to clean and upkeep. Worth every penny! Love how you can set a timer for how long you want it on. Love how you can have cold or warm air coming out.

    Good product.
    Only issue is that it drips water a bit when moving base to refill… make sure you put it in a space with plenty of air flow so condesnsation doesnt build up on or around the unit.

    Lasts about 8 hours
