I was excited about this mask, however, I returned it because it is too large for my face and it is rigid. I tried it once, and had a lot of difficulty getting it into the right position and getting it to stay. The fact that it is rigid makes it impossible to adjust to your face and it caused me a lot of pain as I had to secure it tightly. I worried about protecting my eyes since, as I mentioned, it is rigid and doesn’t stay in place or conform to your face. The strap is in the upper part of the mask which made it slip off my head. You have to plug it in and the cord is not that long so you are restricted when using it. Lastly, it doesn’t come with instructions on how to use the mask or the hyaluronic acid serum. Are you supposed to use the serum before, during or after? I didn’t know and had to search the internet to get an idea on how to use the mask. It’s too bad that it is poorly designed because I really liked the concept. Also, the mask came unsealed, which made me wonder if it had been used.
