    Our freezer broke because the repairman from Thermador did something wrong and blew out the system. We were able to order a new handle to match our other appliances.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
    Scheduled items for installation and received numerous confirmations only to have the installers not show up and keep stringing us along with new schedules only to not show up again.
    This was a huge purchase so I hate to think they would do for simply one item.
    This whole Geek Squad membership thing seems to be a total failure.
