    Great sound and transmits well to the person you are calling. Much better than others that we have tried. The range is a bit short however, for a small office this is a great product for the price.

    It starts out good and then goes downhill quite a bit. It has a good range; the computer can be upstairs and I can be downstairs on the opposite end of the house and still converse with it. However, at the same time, I can be sitting right in front of the computer, and the headset will go spastic and keep disconnecting and reconnecting until I pull the USB element from the computer. The worst part is the battery life, when I first got it, it would go through 12-13 hours of work time without issue, but now it struggles to make it through an 8-hour work day, often I have to plug it in while using it to give it more charge, and it is only 7 months old.

    I bought these because I work from home, and I needed really good noise cancelling headphones. THESE ARE THEM!! They’re comfortable and can be worn for long periods of time. The mute button is placed conveniently. And the mic is adjustable!!

    Good quality good sound headset automatically connects when you pair it with your phone every time you connect it only issue you don’t know if it’s turned off it seems to be turned itself off when you disconnect the Bluetooth which is a really cool feature would be nice if it came with the charging dock it has an option to charge it in a charging dock or a c chord

    I really enjoy these headphones! I wear them all day for work, and my ears get tired. It is nice to be able to move the microphone and switch ears throughout the day. The sound quality is nice as well. I can year the patients on the other end nicely, and they can hear me. There is no echo. I enjoy being able to move around. I am not tied to my computer with these headphones.

    Love this headset! Great for gaming and Teams, Zoom annd Google online meetings. I use it for Teams and Google Meets and it works great. Easy to charge, mute button right on the mic. Wear it on either side of my head with ease. Great sound quality, connects to my pc as soon as I turn it on; In 5 months I never had to re-establish my Bluetooth connection. I charge it every night so I never tested the battery life.

    Solid headset. Microphone clarity is great. Sound quality has a little to be desired but nothing deal breaking (the mids and highs are hidden by the lows). The buttons could use a little more resistance so that you don’t accidentally press them when putting in or removing the headset.

    Nice and simple headset for conference calls, I have an older computer which has an early Bluetooth version, these have their own dongle which was a doodle to set up. Sound is adequate for voice and the mic works well.

    I loved these before the padding cover came undone. Used them for 9 months before the padding cover glue wore down. Left them in baggy when not in use and was not rough on them but the glue look like it’s not meant for long usage.

    Exactly a year after purchasing this headset, the USB dongle stopped working. I have a fully charged headset without connecting to my laptop. The only reason I came to my purchase and provided this review was to check if it was still under warranty. I was six days too late.

    Doesn’t work well with a laptop connected to a second monitor. The signal sucks, I have to keep plugging it on and off to get it connected but when using on a PC I don’t have any issues.

    I purchased these thinking they had built in microphone noise cancelation meaning they block out everything but my voice but I was disappointed to find out this version of the headphones does not do that , with that being said they are great headphones in general my fav is the battery life they last me 8 hr shift and more and I only charge for short period of time during a lunch or break .

    Very comfortable. But not sure if its cause it hooked up to a pc but quality isnt that great 90% of people i talk to say they cant hear me or it cut out etc. Very good battery quality last forever it seems.

    The Bluetooth connection works great and the distance seems reasonable. The sound has a bit of an echo while on meetings but not distracting enough to return.

    8 plus hours using this device 5 days a week for work, battery life is 10/10 ANC 10/10 sound quality 10/10.

    Now inhave also used this device with my mobile phone I would rate this a 10/10.

    Now when it comes to music and movies i would give a 7.5/10 this is the only down side to this device,

    You can do a 8 hour shift and then use it for personal use all in the same day with only one charge SOLD !!!! HOPE THIS HELPS

    The sound on this headset is awful. Everything sounds like it’s in a tunnel and has an echo. Would not recommend for the price.

    Battery life only lasts 2 1/2 days, it does amazing at noise canceling. Very comfy feel does not hurt at all to wear

    Super good head set for when working from home. Really good at cancelling most background noise. You’re still able to hear some voices in the background when a little too loud but the voice has to be within like a couple feet from headset for headset to pick it up. Even then you can only hear muffling sound.

    I normally don’t leave negative reviews but I can’t seem to get any assistance any other way. Ordered on Nov 27th and still haven’t received my order. Shipping details state “Label created Nov 29” and no further updates or activity. I’ve reached out to Best Buy’s customer service every weekday since Monday, Dec 4 and each rep tells me the same thing “someone will reach out within 24 to 48 hours” I’ve gotten no response/updates and keep getting the run around. This is extremely frustrating.

    Perfect in all aspects – lightweight, intuitive, works really well with Teams, long-lasting battery (11 hours). The single-ear aspect is critical to any such tool as it allows one to be environment conscious; there are not many good quality headsets on the market for such a low price; this one meets every requirement.

    I bought these headphones to help drown out the sound of my children while I am working from home. Most of the time my coworkers couldn’t hear my kids, but they could at times. These are great, but definitely could’ve been better drowning out background sound! The battery life was fantastic!

    Honestly the materials aren’t very high-quality, the noise cancellation is absolutely phenomenal. Battery last me an entire shift and still has plenty of time left, when paired with the windows app, it works great at reminding you when you’re on hold with call beeps
