    I went in store to purchase the physical card for the expansion and on the reciept it said i was going to be emailed the code. After 6 hours of not being emailed any code, i called support just to be told that theres a department that helps with code cards but they are closed on the weekend. And yes, i did confirm that my email was correct that code should be sent to.

    Bought the card in store this morning, 10 hours later and still no codes in my email and no one to answer the phone at customer support that’s closed on the weekends. Don’t buy it here, just get it straight from Nintendo and skip this nonsense. No, it’s not one the receipts anymore.

    T he dlc storyline added to the fun of this game. More pokemon, more side quests, and an engaging story that makes you want to keep playing.

    I bought this game card in store. It says on the receipt that you will get emailed the code for the game. I waited a few days and did not receive the code. When i called customer service they stated that there is a glitch in the system and it isnt sending out codes. I was told they were going to refund me i got a number from customer service for the so called refundand then i never got a refund.

    Good pokemon game, if you are a old player and getting into pokemon again, play it with a open mind to like it. Pokemon have evolved.

    The story line for the teal mask DLC is quite short but it is enough to keep you busy for a bit. The map is a bit smaller than the original but the pokemon density is a lot greater than the original map. It is not difficult to complete the 200 pokemon Pokédex even with the version exclusive pokemon.

    Why are these cards still being sold in the stores? Spent an hour of my time on hold and in chats to find out that you (Best Buy Tech support) know that you cannot generate the code from a store purchase. Received a refund and a ‘sorry’ for my time wasted.

    *Do not buy* Unfortunately there is a known glitch that best buy Can Not generate a code so you’ll not get a code then have to call to get a refund Just go straight to Nintendo for the DLC.
