I really like this radio so far. Andriod auto works perfect, screen is flawless, and touch is very sensitive. Plays loud and easy to figure out. I think i need to take a second look at the backup camera wire though as that isnt working but was on my last radio. Also, i thought it would work on steering wheel controls but it looks like i might have to get a canbus installed to get that to work. Not sure-have to do more research.

Bought this radio to replace the factory base model radio in my 2014 Ford F150. At first I was disappointed because I couldn’t get my steering wheel controls to work, but that ended up being of my own ignorance. Once I purchased what I needed for my steering wheel controls, I found this radio did much more. It gave me additional gauges that my truck didn’t not have, but probably part of more expensive models of the F150. Also allows me to view my tire pressure instead of relying on just the low pressure light on the dash. If my check engine light comes on, this radio will display the codes for the light and give me the option to reset the light.
I bought it for the apple/google play, but ended up getting much more that I anticipated.

Absolutely love the wireless CarPlay. Also has the option of wired when you need to charge your phone or use a phone that is not paired to the stereo. The screen is bright and sharp. Back up camera works too. The Best Buy team did the install with all the needed hardware and harnessing. You wont be disappointed.

Needed an upgrade after the original radio stopped working. The Pioneer system really incorporated all of what I needed from the satellite radio to HD local channels. The unexpected bonus were the safety features such as not allowing Bluetooth access once the vehicle is in gear. Great feature for my teen daughter

This is the first after market deck I’ve had in seven years. I’m loving this thing. I guess I didn’t realize how much technology had changed in this time. Google Maps, extra gages that track all kinds of details, tire pressure readings.. I’ve had it for a month and there are still things I’m discovering about it.
The interface is easy to use, albeit took me a bit to find everything, but that was no biggie. And it sounds amazing. The equalizer settings are great.

I think the display is a mess, not organized at all, hard to find things to get to. To many buttons and sub buttons. They could have made it simpler. HD for FM or Am stupid, i had to ask the installer where was fm. Had to go back to best buys, to get the map to talk, the controls were hidden, you have to hold the display till the voice controls pop up, why hide it. Even the installer had to look it up to find it,’ thete making it to hard to find anything on the head unit, considering its in a car, controls should be simple to use! Sub controls are annoying, make it simple not hard to get around the radio. I spent over an hour tring to figure out the controls. Still fund it hard returning to places i want like Sirius or other apps, i push the buttons it dont take you bsck to the same place cause the buttons do two different things, maybe others like it but i hate it. Just make the controls simpler. The remote is useless it dont help. Why have a display off on the main buttons, instead of radio off and it shoube in the top not second from the top, how they designed this is stupid, like they over engineered it to make it cool.

The radio itself is great. Everything I was looking for. Issue is with the install. Radio. And with a remote and it was never given to me after having the radio installed at Best Buy. Also, bought the idata maestro because it was supposed to be a better option for connections but was never told it had to be preprogrammed before install. So some of my steering wheel controls don’t work. Still waiting for Best Buy install to call me back.

Pioneer is known for quality. It’s really a great car play. I bought DMH-2660NEX which is similar to DMH-2770NEX except that the carplay is witeless in 2770. They both are on sale prices for $349.99. I think sometimes the wireless could be the problem so I depend on wired car play. This fit my Highlander 2012 limited with no GBL and no navigation. This is also available at Crutchfield but remember the basic installation is free at Best Buy. The additional installation of backup camera connectivity and wheel audio controls connection installation are charged. You have to buy the accessories like double din and some connections harnesses. Those are available at Best Buy if not the at Crunchfield. The Best Buy sites guide you about your car model etc to let you know if it’s compatible. The same you can verify on Crutchfield site as well. The Crutchfield prices are same as Best Buy but the basic installation is free at Best Buy and it’s a great service which is backed up by the lifetime warranty on it. You can take the car back to them if there is any issue with the device and installation. Call the Best Buy customer service that handles the sells of car play and appointments. They guide you to let you know what accessories are required and buy those before you make an appointment. The service person was very knowledgeable and he returned the additional accessories thst bought in case if they may be needed. The installation was done in an hour and I am greatly pleased with their service. I will suggest to go to Best Buy instead of the dealer or any other local shop.

Over all pretty good system. Seems to have all the Bluetooth options . the volume buttons are a little hard to hit when you are driving but other than that the sound quality is good. It has a built in customizable equalizer.

Overall, this is a good product but I think there is some minor room for improvement. It took us months to figure out how to change the time (tap the numbers themselves) on the main screen, when Apple play is not in use. The Apple Play itself is great!

I’m afraid I can’t review this. Sadly, I discovered on the day of installation that there is no fit for any radio for the 2024 Jonda HRV. Best Buy ordered the HRV fit from 2018, which no longer works. So I’m stuck with the factory installed radio, with no HD radio, and no satellite radio. Unhappy about how this came together

This is a great stereo set; it basically resurrected the usability of my 2003 Acura MDX to where now I can use Apple CarPlay for conference calls, music, and navigation. Most of those functions no longer worked on the factory installed radio.

Radio is one of the most extravagant radios I have used on such a long time. Its audio quality to stock speakers is actually very impressive!! Recommended for it does more than just radio information, but also car information about things such as tires and others things about the car.

Made an appointment on the phone for a radio install. Had to drive over an hour to get there just for my appointment to be 3 weeks later than what was discussed and confirmed on the phone? Then, once I got there the tech said i was going to have to pay $400 additional to get the radio to work in my 2016 subaru crosstrek? So somehow this $400 radio turned into $800 and i had to order all these additional parts that he couldnt even guarantee would be in stock by the time my “actual” appointment was. Left within 5 miniutes of being there trying to charged double what I already paid. I had to drive the hour home since the Best Buys in my area dont do installs. Decided the next day to return the radio in store since it was way more intense of a purchase than i relazed and felt like a scam. I bought this same radio in 2021 for my ford F-250 and it was a breeze! Brought in the radio, they installed it in 1 hour for no additional price and I was on my way. Still love it to this day! When I explained my sitiation the kind man at the check out, he agreed that it seemed strange and felt like they were asking for money for no reason. Really bummed as this was a Christmas gift.
