    it operates my Samsung TV. i prefer the back light ones when you are using the TV in a darkened room. instructions included are easy to program for the TV.

    Weak, useless trash. Point it 1 degree to the left or right of the IR sensor, and it doesn’t work. Waste of gas and time. Contributes to global warming having to go return this fetid garbage. Pretty color lures you in and then slaps you in the face with internal components that are probably just a crushed up Pepsi can.

    I can t use; too difficult to match with the tlc tv. Too expensive, and i can t match with the tv

    Overall does everything that it says it will do, but it takes time to get use to changing between devices.

    Best buy ended points for members. The points was the only reason I went to Best Buy. Now I won’t go back. Too many other places with better prices and warranties.

    I purchased this remote because it advertised that it can handle 6 It has been impossible to handle one TV so far I’m still not able to use it.

    I purchased this for my 95 year old grandmother and she’s able to use it! Personally, I think it’s boring and would never use it myself, but it’s great in terms of usability.

    Would not work with my Polk audio soundbar. Controls each component separately rather than controlling activities as I was used to with my old Logitech.
    There is a void in the marketplace after Logitech got out of the remote control business

    It is an affordable device, and quality of it appears pretty good. However, I could not get this to work with my cable. It would only power on or off or adjust volume.

    I purchased this remote because I got rid of cable and i was using the cable remote to control my TV. It was easy to set up and i have been using it for weeks to control my television and my surround sound and it works great. My kids also use it and have no problem. I would definitely recommend.

    Super easy to program. I have a Samsung TV, Roku, Bose Cinemate, and Sony Bluray. Had everything programmed in under 5 minutes. Only complaint is the lights are way too bright. If you use in bed at night it is blinding and lights up the whole room. I am bummed that my Logitech Harmony remotes are failing and have been discontinued.
