    LOUD! When grinding the beans and dispensing milk. Also, the hopper where you put the beans is in desperate need of re-engineering as I half to constantly slide the unit out toward the front of the counter, remove the lid, and push the beans to the left corner where the grinder hole site. More frustrating that it sounds but for 900 dollars plus it should be quiet and the beans should be able to get to the grinder hole on their own. I actually waited 6 months to write this review to see if I would get used to these issues…I haven’t, just got more and more frustrated.

    Great with espressor beans, however. It does not work with ground coffee as advertised. You’ll only end up using a few settings since basically everything is the same. The portions are very small. It is extremely hard to find a good foam to espresso ratio. Seems like theres always too much cream or too little. Tough to say its worth one thousand dollars. Maybe if the ground function worked and it stayed a little cleaner.

    I never knew this kind of automatic cappuccino maker existed till we saw it in Europe when we went there. Told to myself i have to get one.i researched which one is the best in the market on my budget.ended up getting this model.I loved it from day one.me and my wife has been using it everyday enjoying our cappuccino.

    Great drinks. Using your own grounds is fine so long as you know you have to fill it up after each drink. So a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso means you fill it twice. Use the scoop provided and only one scoop per drink.

    First few days were dissapointing but once we got a hand of it, we literally stopped using the nespresso. It is very easy to use, easy to clean. I would highly recommend getting a high quality coffee beans. It makes a big difference in my experience. Machine itself tells you everybody you need to do. It reminds you to empty the trays, add water, add this,add that. The coffee is so good, it increased my daily coffee intake

    Replaced my 10 year old Jura Caprrisco so was skeptical if this would deliver as promised – Phillips states up front it will take a while for the machine to “adjust” before brewing first rate coffee and they weren’t kidding – Out of the box the coffee was awful and the pucks watery – Over time things improved – At 43 cups the coffee was excellent (My advice is buy a cheap coffee and do 25 double shots before using any high dollar beans) – The ability to EASILY set up and keep individual profiles with each having all the cups customized to the user is a huge step up -The milk drinks are tasty, easy and make entertaining fun (frothy hot chocolate for the kids) – Clean up and maintenance is a breeze – We enjoy this machine every day and highly recommend

    Love this coffee maker! I like all the options for the different types of coffee and the ability to set different profiles and sizes of drinks. You can customize so much. It’s great to grind beans fresh for every cup! I had to buy some glass mugs so I could admire how pretty the drinks are!

    Genuinely, compared to delonghi and nespresso, there is no competition. Comes with filter, has memory settings, easy to clean and very stylish. I think philips out-done themselves with this machine. Just like any machine, it all depends on 2 factors that should not be discouraging. 1. FIND THE COFFEE BEANS!! You need to find the blend and roast that suits you best and expect the first couple of days tweeking the machine to your preference.

    I bought this machine after my Miele “passed away” after 7 years.
    What I like about Philips 4300. It’s more sleek, it’s very comfortable to take out water container.
    Taste of coffee is even better.
    Why I didn’t give 5 star?
    1. Beans grounding make a lot of noise
    2. I can’t put two cups together for drinks with milk.

    This coffee maker is very easy to use. It’s also ready to use out of the box.
    Pros:
    1. Controls are easy to use and are intuitive.
    2. Able to hook it up to a water supply.
    3. Fast heating for all types of drinks.
    4. Able to easily modify drink controls to make them stronger/weaker, milk, foam, etc.

    Cons:
    1. Can be nosy, (we can always hear someone making a drink.)
    2. Costs for milk goes up (We go through 2-3 gallons a week now.). 🙂

    It was a pleasure to stop using k-cups. This product was convenient to utilize, simple to clean, and capable of creating all of my beloved coffee beverages. The frothing system operates exceptionally well, although I desire the option to make it slightly hotter. Nonetheless, it froths amazingly!

    I got this product a few days and it arrived in what seems like “new” product packaging so everything seemed normal but when I opened the coffee compartment on the top there was leftover coffee grind and water residue on the bottom. Clearly this is a used product or the parts were used and this unacceptable especially since I an expecting to get an unused product but it’s unsafe and disgusting.

    Extremely easy to use & the ability to store your drinks in your profile is something I thought was a gimmick, but it’s something we use all the time. The milk dispenser is easy to clean or store in the refrigerator. My partner uses oat milk & it creates a very creamy foam. When the water runs out, it tells you to refill the tank and then asks if you want to resume. This is awesome, as with other machines we’ve used, you have to start over.

    Our first coffees were disappointing and tasteless & the puck grounds collapsed into nothing. The beans we realized the beans we were using were old, and swapping to new beans made all the difference. Our coffee is now amazing. This is the most popular kitchen appliance now!

    It does the job well, the taste of the espresso could be better but because is a super automatic has limitations. I like the fact it is so easy and fast to clean that compensates other factors. The quick clean works a little bit weird as the milk container needs to be empty otherwise your milk will get mixed with the dirty water used to clean. Otherwise I like it.

    Only one week in but absolutely love it as an obsessed cappuccino drinker. Replaced two DeLonghi machines that broke down. This was $300 less than the DeLonghi in store and so far I like it much better. Easy to operate and customize drinks. Ran about 30 espresso shots through it before drinking any.

    Like the title. Makes good enough coffee roughly 50-60% of the time. The other half of the time was less than passable for me so i decided to return and get a breville barista touch. I know breville barista series isnt a “true” professional level machine, but the flexibility (able to dose, use wdt, tamp etc) and consistently getting good coffee was well worth the investment for me. L

    I wanted to love this super auto machine especially having one in the past. I had recently came from using a Nespresso for a while and I must say for the price – it doesn’t match up.
    Makes ok coffee even with it being used for about a month. I’ll be returning it and getting another Nespresso.

    Before buying the Phillip 4300 I was using a Keurig and a Nespresso and this purchase has completely simplified my life.

    I am not an expert on the barista subject but I have tried all the options that the machine has and the taste is exquisite, I have never been a fan of places that sell coffee and now even less so.

    It has 3 profiles (Guest, Green & Blue) with the colors you can save your drinks according to your preferences, once you adjust it you just have to select your profile, choose the type of coffee, start brewing and the best part, taste the delicious coffee.

    This machine has a milk insert, with which you can prepare Cappuccino, Latte or Coffee with milk (Cortadito), it is very easy to use.

    The milk container may seem flimsy but it is not, of course, as the base is small it is not very stable when stored in the refrigerator and it would be convenient to cover it with something else, particularly I try to use the exact milk and so on. wash as soon as possible to use the cleaning option and thus avoid any contamination.

    General use of Philips is simple. It’s nice that the drip tray and water container come out to the front.

    The water container is not as large as the Keurig, but it is not a problem since the machine tells you before it runs out of water.

    The machine also tells you when it is missing coffee beans, when to remove the previously ground coffee, and when to remove the water from the tray.

    Access to the grain hopper is from above, it only holds 10 oz if you want it to close hermetically.

    Another detail that I like about the machine is the filter it uses, this makes the descaling process longer.

    We’ve only been using it for 2 weeks so I couldn’t give my opinion regarding the interior cleaning, but from what I’ve read it seems to be quite easy.

    I recommend this appliance highly. The price tag is the only complaint, but for what you get it may be worth every penny. If you are someone who enjoys coffee, you will be floored by the tech inside this machine. Starbucks adds up quick if you are a weekly customer. This pays for itself. Fresh ground coffee with each cup has been a life changing experience.

    The machine does as advertised. I owned the lattego 3200 before this and recently got this. It is less noisy compared to the Lattego 3200. Also comes with 8 drinks options which i absolutely love. The coffee temperate is perfect to drink. Has 3 profile settings which is great if you are making coffee for another person at home / guest. Overall good value for money
