    Headset and mic work very well. Ability to adjust volume and mute via inline switch is very handy. Good flexibility on mic movement. Only negative is headset is almost too tight and I have a small skull.

    The headset works great with our Panasonic phones. Call clarity is good and the mic seems to work well also. It’s used heavily and so far after about a month of constant 9am-5pm use it’s held up fine. It’s terrific not having to hold the phone up to your ear. It really frees up my hands so I can type or write normally during the call.

    Another benefit is you don’t have the cordless phone(radiation source) right next to your brain. 🙂

    Excellent clarity, comfortable earpiece for either left or right side, mute button is a bonus. Allows you to get so much done while still talking on the phone.

    I got this headset because it looked like it was the highest quality one for extended use. It allows me to use the phone hands free without using a speakerphone. I’ve used it for at least an hour and a half and I have not had any soreness on my ear.

    I’m used to using a headset at my desk. This works ok, but the cord connecting the phone to the headset is very short. I feel like I’m on a leash! and it’s not comfortable to work in.

    Price matched and used coupon. Great deal. It works fine with our Panasonic KX-TGA470 we got at Best buy a couple years ago. It fits on either ear. It doesn’t cover your ear but it’s comfortable. The mute button has to be held down – it doesn’t lock into place. The inline volume control (only affects listening not your voice) has a good range. It folds easily. The plastic is sturdy enough. Overall recommended.

    This is a good, soft and comfortable head set, but, the volume control is a bit low. You can hear well enough, but, I wish it had more volume – other than that it is a good product!

    I have used this model of headphone for years. I use them with my Pansonic wireless phones that have a headphone/microphone jack on the side of the phone. I love going hands-free. This is especially helpful when on hold for a long period.

    My last headphone had worn out and needed replacement after a couple of years. They work well, are quite comfortable and sound good.

    I have found it is a good idea to reinforce the movable areas on the headband with a good tape to make them last longer.

    I read the mixed reviews and unfortunately, for me, it is a negative. I heard static and a low volume (although my phone was on a high volume), the entire conversations.
    Also, I am disappointed that Best Buy would not exchange or refund the purchase, due to placing a return of ONLY 15 days as the policy. Ridiculous!

    I use this headset very often. Bought it several months ago. Still working great. Wear them for 2 or 3 hours at a time every 3 or 4 days. I can hear perfectly and others can hear me very well. Great buy!

    Like the device. Don’t like the too short plug in cord. For the price, you could have afforded to make it 1′ longer so it doesn’t tug on the phone or try to get pulled off your head if you turn your head the wrong way while talking on the phone with someone at your desk. Very disappointed with what otherwise is a good quality headset product. Now I need to locate and buy an extension cord I shouldn’t need to purchase…
