THIS MICROWAVE OVEN SUITS OUR NEEDS VERY WELL. WE LIKE THE POWER LEVEL OPERATION VERY VERY MUCH. THE POWER LEVEL AT LOWER POWER REDUCES THE POWER LEVEL CONTINOUSLY, NOT LIKE MOST M.WAVES THAT TURN POWER ON AND OFF, OPERATE AT FULL POWER THEN SW3ITCHES OFF. NOT GOOD FOR SOME APPLICATON THAT CAUSE FOOD TO POP AND SPLATER

Nice little microwave–cooks evenly and good power. It is a little noisier though than our old one. We have had other Panasonics and always performed well for a long time.

Very happy with the Panasonic microwave oven it’s very powerful and easy to use. Extremely happy with the purchase. Always have had great luck with Panasonic products.

Pretty pleased with this easy-to-like product, which replaces a 13 year old microwave with a deteriorating gel pad. Puzzled so far only in that food (soups, stew, rice) seems fairly unaffected for minutes at a time, while the dishes become very hot indeed. We have had to use multiple short bursts to get the temps to the eatable level, so in that respect there must be a learning curve. Glass bowls are just the same as ceramic, so it must be the new oven is on a “new wavelength?”

Our 10 + year-old Panasonic microwave died. We thought we would try the Samsung with the grill. Felt dramatically underpowered so we returned it and went back to Panasonic. The inverter technology is the key–and it is worth buying Panasonic to have it.

Suits its purpose just fine but was found to be damaged upon unpacking. Didn’t return because it still worked and needed to be placed in service, but one wonders whether it was actually a “scratch and dent” model to begin with.

As to functionality, this microwave has exceeded my expectations. The sensor cook features work well, the size of the oven meets our needs, it’s easy to clean, and even the little interior light is just enough. The only quibble is that it has a significant fan noise when operating. With the functionality at this price point that is probably normal, but I am giving it four stars because of the fan noise. As to functionality, this unit hits a home run. Some of the markings at the buttons are starting to rub off, so be careful with that. If what you care about is functionality, this unit delivers.

Overall good, but the labeling on he buttons is hard to read. If I replaced this, I would look for easier-to-read controls.
