    Price matched with Best Buy and it turns out my family is enjoying using this microwave and also replaces our 10 years old microwave as well. The lighting is dim but it suits good purpose of heating up food within 30 seconds. Good purchase.

    Fita perfectly inside my cabinet. Have 3inches between the back of the unit and the wall. Seems to be ample space. The back wall does not heat up.

    I had a Panasonic microwave prior to this, almost the same model & loved it. I really like the turbo defrost feature for unthawing food.
    I like that this model has a light inside & is also easy to clean.

    So far we like it real well. The cook time is a little longer than the megatron microwave that we did have, but it does just fine.

    I would have given this beauty 5-stars if it wasn’t for the extremely hard to read buttons. I have a whirlpool dryer with same issue & a LG with same issue. Who uses charcoal grey print on black? But other than that-Panasonic never disappoints. Works well.

    We liked the machine (Panasonic – 1.2 Cu. Ft. 1200 Watt NN-SN65KW) a lot, til it stopped working 32 days after purchase. On Day 1 out of the box the Start button began misbehaving. By Day 32 the light wouldn’t go out & the machine stopped altogether. A shame, because the interior size, the power, the inside light that stays on while cooking & whilst door is open, the soft door close vs the usual jarring mini-bang, the quick 30sec button, option to turn off beeps, & of course the overall design were all nice. (However some of us found it a bit loud.)
    Strongly recommend getting a BestBuy protection plan (e.g. Geek Squad for $25). Panasonic product support was impossible to contact. We called the Best Buy Geek guys & were able to return it to a store for a full credit.

    So far, it has worked very well, although the “Sensor Cook” feature tends to get carried away by reheating items a bit too much. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

    Not impressed with the sensor reheat option. The picture was taken after it exploded and we had to manually stop it.

    Works well so far. Build quality seems cheap. I do not expect this microwave to last as long the one it replaces.

    This microwave has worked very well for me, but the advertising hype about the inverter technology and genius sensor warming your food more uniformly than an ordinary microwave is overblown. At all power levels, I still find that the microwave leaves me with some spots heated more than others and I need to stir and put the food in a second time. Overall, it works about the same as any other microwave I’ve owned.

    This is the current version of my daughter’s old microwave that finally died after many years. We like the inverter cooking feature, which cooks more precisely. Only feature I don’t like vs the old one is the new one has a dark gray interior; the old one was white inside, so food and drips/splatters were more easily visible.

    I purchased this microwave in August 2022. It has only been 5 months and we already have to buy another one because it has stopped working. I was trying to use the microwave to make popcorn last night and noticed the kernels were not popping. Then, my husband noticed a strange smell and unplugged it. He checked the reset button on the outlet and the breaker box and there were no issues. The microwave would not even come on after I plugged the cord back into the outlet, Now, we have to buy another microwave.

    We Love our new Panasonic microwave from Best Buy. We bought our old one there 10yrs ago and this one is even Better! So happy that Best Buy Still sells them in White! They shipped it to us in 3 days and it works Great! It is a little more loud, but at least you know that it is on! Love the look and the touchpad is great. We hope this one last as long as our other Panasonic did! Just a Great Microwave and cooks Fast too! Thanks Panasonic and Bsr Buy for making our lives easier!

    Now that it’s been a while since I purchased this microwave, I can offer an accurate review of the product. The appearance is nice. I haven’t had any mechanical issues. I am, however, completely baffled by the “inverter” technology, as it does not appear to operate any differently than every other microwave I have owned over the past three decades that didn’t have such technology. It is simply not true that it heats food evenly. I still deal with a reheated plate of food being cold in the center and burning hot around the edges. I paid literally three times what I normally would have specifically to avoid this issue. I read hundreds of reviews. I was willing to pay the price for “even heating”. Too bad I wasted my time and money. Don’t believe the hype.

    Magnetron (Err H98) failure occurred 24 days after picking up the new microwave, & cook times woule stop short of completion about 2 weeks in. Upset with Panasonic’s poor workmanship & with the very short time Best Buy allows for return or exchange of defective merchandise. Won’t be going back to Best Buy anytime soon.

    We bought this microwave to outfit the kitchen in a house we’re currently renovating. It looks great, and it had positive reviews. Since kitchen renovations are still ongoing, we haven’t field tested the unit yet. Will update ASAP with findings.
