In retrospect, I wish I had bought a less-expensive device that maybe only cooked a couple different ways. This thing tries to be all things to all people and is pretty difficult to figure out.

Purchased an open box model, and so far have used the microwave and convention bake features. This is a really great unit and I look having a combination unit too. This unit so far has exceeded my expectations and is a good value that has built in capabilities too.

Cooking functions work well. User interface is clunky- not intuitive – requires reading through a paper manual. Delivery was poor. I have a large covered front porch. The package was left exposed to the weather on the steps leading to the porch – exposed to the weather and very vulnerable to theft.

A fantastic microwave combination oven , air fryer. My family loves it, it’s large enough and does everything, if I was in an apartment I would use it for everything. Panasonic has great build quality and the stainless exterior goes in any modern kitchen. I highly recommend these amazing microwave ovens, not your simple popcorn machine!

I tried the air fryer but the food did not cook like the instructions said it would. The microwave does a lot of stuff but lots of steps to do all the optional things. Too complicated.

This microwave fits into our space perfectly. We have not had a microwave with an air fryer feature before, and we are learning how to use it. So far we’ve discovered that it makes great toast. Or first attempt at french fries was so-so, but we are looking forward to trying again.

The microwave and air fry feature works fine. However, I am afraid to use the combo methods because a review of the product online indicates that you need to have the appliance on a separate circuit to operate combo cooking!
When I returned to the instruction manual/specifications, it also says that the appliance needs to be on its own circuit.
Your sales team needs to know this so that they can share this information with customers before they purchase this appliance, Those of us with older homes face additional expense of electrical work!

While there is a bit of a learning curve it has turned out to be worth it. Loving air frying food. Used the convection cooker to make chicken breasts and while that was cooling down microwaved some green beans in sauce. Renews my interest in cooking good dinners. Yay!

This is not a microwave. It is a 4-in-1 Multioven Microwave. It is amazingly engineered! It works extremely well – all four (4) of the ways it functions: as an Airfryer, as a Broiler, as a Convection Oven as well as a Microwave. Note the 1.2 Cubic Foot inside space and the 1000 Watts of power (which can be adjusted downward – if desired).

Failed after 3 weeks. Don’t buy from BestBuy.com as the return window closed after two weeks! I did not love this microwave from the start, but I was hoping it would last. It has started making a loud screeching sound and must now be returned through the manufacturer as BestBuy has such a lousy return policy.

Love my Panasonic microwave/convection/air fryer! Although, I do have to adjust the convection oven setting to 25 degrees lower when baking to prevent scorching or burning. I’m loving the cooling feature as well. I highly recommend this product.

Love this 4-1 microwave. It does everything very well, with food coming out evenly cooked. Only complaint is the air fryer functions differently than stand alone air fryers. When cooking air fried food you do not follow the directions on the package. You need to follow cooking directions in provided manual. That said, it works pretty well once you have things dialed in.
