    Before purchasing this grinder I bought another more expensive burr grinder from another vender that required fussy daily maintenance. I was willing to take it apart and clean it daily per instructions in order to get the higher quality cup of coffee it promised. Needless to say, it broke in the first week. I replaced it, and the second one did the same thing. The few days it worked convinced me that burr grinding was for me, so I went back to the drawing board, found this fabulous grinder for half the price, and have thanked the coffee gods every morning since. It is sleek, simple to use and low maintenance. After one month of daily use, I opened it up to brush it clean, and I found it was both easy to do and required very little cleaning. I am using less coffee to get the same strength in my cup (I like very robust coffee in the morning) but without any bitterness. The flavor is smooth and almost sweet with no sugar added. I could not be more pleased.

    This is a sweet little burr grinder. It replaced my very noisy and not reliable anymore grinder. It is quiet as far as others I have used. I mostly chose it as it allows me to remove the bean bin to empty any unused beans. Others make you dump the whole grinder upside down which makes a huge mess. Love it so far!

    I’ve been using this coffee grinder nearly every day since I’ve gotten it. You do have to figure out how long of a grind you need for your taste it because it doesn’t really explain how much coffee is being ground for each corresponding setting. Each number represents how many seconds it’ll grind for. The grind is very consistent and never really varies. It’s also really easy to clean and Switch out beans if you want to grind a different bean.

    It took some time to get the brew and timing adjustments right for my taste (I like it strong) but I now have them set. The only drawback is the cup that collects the coffee grind needs to be pushed in until a click is heard. I think that a light to indicate it is in the right place would have been better as I can’t always tell if it clicked in properly.

    Functionally it works great. I like the feature of the removeable hopper and the stainless steel cup. There are a pointlessly large number of grind settings.

    But losing 1 star for being sooo painfully loud. Inexplicably loud. So loud you will ponder every morning if it’s worth hitting that button to make coffee. Is it worth losing your hearing and waking the neighborhood? probably still yes

    Its not as noisy as everyone claims, its a burr grinder; expect it to make grindy noises. Found that the lowest setting is actually too fine for my Delonghi if im reprocessing preground, so bear in mind to set it about a 2 or 2½. Other than that make sure to watch your feed chute, prone to jams unless you kind of shake it down as it grinds. Other than that, works great and does the job i need it to: make allllll the coffee drinks.

    Attractive and compact appliance. I like getting a uniform grind and more consistent coffee in the morning. The large hopper is helpful in keeping track of the beans. Much less static electricity and mess than my old blade grinder. Sometime you have to give it shake to make sure the beans go into the grinder, but no issues. You press the timed button and the correct amount is prepared to put in the french press.

    Quieter than the Cuisinart. Takes getting used to assigning a grind time versus picking a number of cups to grind. Only had it for 3 weeks. Too early to determine as proof is in how long it lasts.

    I had just a basic grinder before with no adjustments. This one grinds perfectly. I use the number 8 setting for our kurig, and set timer for 20 seconds to give me just enough to fill 3 pods… and set grinder to 3 for our espresso machine.

    If you enjoy coffee, this is the best grinder. Quieter than our last two cuisinart grinders, blends fine grinds, and the stainless steel cup makes it easier to pour grinds without it sticking to plastic.

    This is overall a great grinder. If you grind the wrong bean like awkward Peaberry, and go a little too fine, it will clog. This is easy enough to resolve and it simply seems like an oversight in manufacturing. I imagine none of them are perfect! Love it overall.
