    Stick grips that hold the case to the phone gives out way to quick now front case slides off with 0 effort

    Terrible Product for the price. Flimsy. Doesnt stay on and very thin for the price. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

    The plastic felt a little cheap and was very bulky. It didnt cover the hinge so i would be very careful using this. I returned it once i ordered a Spigen case with hinge protection.

    It’s a solid case it protects the phone well. I usually buy my cases off of eBay but this phone came in quicker than I could order it. Again it’s a solid case I just don’t like paying this much for cases for phones.

    Its not as thick as other otterbox cases, but thats good. As this phone is rather THICK when folded.
    -2 stars for no hinge cover and the sharp edges at the hinge side of the case.
    The Dbrand case has a hinge cover. I got this case in the interm waiting for the Dbrand fold 5 case to come out. I highly recommend THAT case when its available.

    I wasn’t a fan. It was very thin and brittle feeling. I returned it and went another route for protection.

    I liked this case in the beginning but soon after a week or two the stickies from the case weren’t staying on the phone to where i had the front part of my case fall off and i now only have the back cover on. I wish they made just a snap on case but they all have that sticky feature.

    Quality ok. The front cover won’t stick after 2 weeks, and the glue that comes with it, takes the Sim card tray with it.

    Poor design, no hinge protection to have the front and back pieces keep trying to slide off because they are not connected anything at the hinge. Would not recommend!

    Love this phone/tablet. Exactly what you need if your a multitasking freak like me. No issues with anything yet. Imagine guessing in a few years the curve will crack. I recommend it to anyone. Upgraded from Google Pixel 7 Pro and had the Fold 3 which had software issues dealing with screen malfunctioning and curve cracking.

    It was nice as first, the case felt solid as its an otterbox which are known ti have heavy duty cases, but ever since i dropped my phone once the skinnier portion of the case now easily pops off. Its kind of annoying and dissapointing to say the least.

    It’s a meh purchase. There are vetter products in the internet. Bestbuy usd to be a good reference on good products. Nowadays it’s just a meh
    It works and does its job. but I believe they(bestbuy) can do better and offer even more options and better ones too. Like the heavyduty case and the one with a pen, etc.

    I like it, adhesive is iffy at times. Case doesnt flex as much as i thought. Nice slim case, i dont enjoy bulky cases. This is about the 5 case ive tried and its been my favorite so far.

    Good sturdy case, purchased for wife. Only issues was the adhesive on the front case portion would pull the SIM card tray out and phone would say no SIM installed . Washed adhesive off that portion and problem solved. Could have been user error, not sure, but not a deal breaker

    Works well, has taken some grinding sparks and still holding. One issue I had was that the frame on the front was sticking to the sim tray and pulling the sim out of place and causing loss of network. solved by pulling the tray off of the sticky tape and just putting it back together a few times. Now the case slides off a little sometimes but dropping the phone causes no damage so far. The front bezels have improved, now I can use the far left and right of the keyboard where as before on the Fold 3 otterbox case (did not own 4) the bezels were too large to access the edges of screen.

    Returned. Glue wouldn’t hold the edge on the front screen. Only a matter of time until it snapped.

    Its an amazing phone, i love the big screen when i need it, the front screen isnt super big which is bice when you are busy and only can use one hand to text. Camera is ok. Not the best but not bad. Only thing i wish was when i send and receive text from other andriod users it would show sent/read like all my other samsung device’s did. But thats a little thing. I do miss my s pen like my samsung galaxy note 20 ultra.

    I like the phone, camera could be better, my s22 ultra seems to take better photos. There isn’t a good case for this phone that ive found. Otter box is normally my go to, however with the adhesive to keep the case in place it kept making my SIM tray pop out and the case was always shifting. Will be going with the s24 ultra instead. Also, the crease is still noticeable with this 5.
