    The hard shell was a perfect fit for the phone and installation a snap. The shell appears to be very durable as one must open a flap to charge the phone. So far I am very pleased.

    This is the 2nd Otterbox case I’ve purchased for my S22 Plus, and as the first one I bought last year this one after about 2 weeks the top right corner is weakened and does not fit the phone securely. The corner seems too flimsy to hug the phone. I have seen many other people on various reviews for this case have had the same problem for their S22 Plus phone. The only reason I bought a 2nd one this year is that Best Buy didn’t have any selection for me to choose from and I wanted to get a case right away. I gambled and took a chance, and I lost. I have had Otterbox cases previously, so I believe it’s just they made a ton of these cases that have a poor fit.

    Why anyone wouldn’t get a case for their cell phone is beyond me. Sure, it costs a little, but I’m not the least bit worried about “breaking” my phone by dropping it.

    I had one for my previous phone, and I’ll likely get one for my next.

    Ive always loved the commuter otterbox case. Its solid, and I am very clumsy with my phone so it gets dropped A LOT. Its never broken my phones and always absorbed the impact.

    Was excited to get this new case and protect my phone and on the very first drop it cracked and broke…. now I have a loose piece of plastic that isn’t allowing the entire rubber piece to surround the phone sticking out. Was so stoked I didn’t even keep the receipt or box, and figured otterbox was basically indestructible. We’ll turns out it is not and I would not recommend this case.

    This is a good solidly protective case. The fit around the camera was off enough that I had to do some creative carving, but I was able to finally get the fit right.

    Otterbox Commuter Series is less weight and volume than the Defender Series… They’re still great for the non accident prone people, but I got to stick with the Defender Series…

    the case felt sturdy and nice to hold. i never dropped my phone with the case so dont know how well it protects. the only negative with the case is that the wireless charging doesnt connect very well.
