    I like it, but I didn’t realize that it doesn’t complete a full 360° rotation. The bristles kind of shake vigorously and rotate maybe 90° at most, if I were to guess. It does it super quickly, though, and gives you a good clean.

    Such an expensive toothbrush and the battery just died on me. Kept it well maintained, and took care of it. Very disappointed, this is the second Oral B toothbrush I own that has battery issues. Will try another brand on the next one.

    It’s a nice upgrade to the previous model. It shows the battery percentage on this one and it’s a lot quieter but it does die a lot quicker and requires new special toothbrush heads so all the old ones don’t work as well as a new charger connector.

    This is the second electric brush from Braun that I’m buying, and it’s going to be the last one. They only last for about 3 years, and then they die. Considering the initial cost of $200 plus tax and the additional $50 for each brush head replacement, it’s quite an investment for just 3 years of use. Fool me twice, and I’m through.

    One of the most frustrating aspects is that the batteries are not replaceable by the average consumer. You can search for DIY solutions on YouTube, but it involves using tools, a welding machine, and around 30 minutes of tinkering. Even after going through all that trouble, there’s no guarantee that the issue was solely the battery. To make matters worse, their customer support doesn’t provide assistance over the phone.

    I believe there should be a legal requirement for companies to disclose that these brushes have a relatively short lifespan of only 2.5 to 3 years and that their batteries are not easily replaceable by consumers. If they were honest about this, they might not make as many sales.

    This brush replaces my old, much simpler Sonicare. This model of Oral B is more upscale and complicated than I was really looking for but once I started using it I am quite satisfied with it. It teching me if I’m using correct pressure and if I’m brushing with complete coverage of all tooth surfaces. I find value and like the techie bluetooth brushing accuracy program. Easy to maintain clean brush head connection and exterior of brush. It’s easy to use once the bluetooth aspect is achieved.

    Almost like being your OWN dentist !!! I noticed a very significant difference from the very first time I used it. Teeth felt very very clean. You have different settings : Daily Clean, Whiten, Gum Care, Sensitive and Intense. Very sleek, unique, powerful and “professional ” device . I can honestly say the best $ 150 plus tax i have spent in a very long time !!

    Customer friendly and easy to use. Makes brushing teeth a breeze… so my Husband and I each have our own .. his is masculine BLACK ONYX, mine Feminine WHITE. We LIKE them so much we brush with our Oral B iO 7 twice a day to get teeth ready for my closeup with our dentist.

    This is the first time I tried the Oral B version. After using Philips for many years, my teeth felt cleaner after I switched. The app shows you where you need to focus more by showing a map of upper and lower teeth and if you use too little or not enough pressure. Pretty amazing technology.

    Purchased this as an upgrade from a standard manual toothbrush. Never thought a “smart” toothbrush would be worth the money, but it definitely is.

    The app is great, the guided brush sessions and all the stats that it tracks are great to improve your brushing and to ensure you are brushing long enough and without excess force.

    I love this toothbrush. I was having some dental/gum problems with my previous electric toothbrush. Since starting with this Oral-B IO 7 toothbrush both my teeth and my gums have improved. It took a couple of weeks to get there but it happened. I highly recommend one of the IO toothbrushes.

    For the price you get the same level of cleaning as the 8 9 or 10 versions with less of the tech that most people wont even use, most people just brush their own teeth and keep track of how much time on each tooth.
