Excellent product! This is our 2nd. Easy to assemble, use and clean. Be sure to use less than 30 minutes each time to preserve motor. Tip-slice fruits/veggies in chunks before use – especially celery.

Finally decided to up my juice game and splurge on a brand that is said to be the best. I used it a few times then it sat for months, when I was ready to get back into juicing I turned it on and it ran for a few seconds and died. There is no obvious reason for why it suddenly stopped working, still looks brand new. The quality of this model really is top notch and I’m willing to give it another shot, just got to figure out if I can get it repaired/replaced.

Its a strong machine that juices thoroughly, pulp comes out very dry, but bummed the reviews said no foamy juices but juicer does produce foamy top. The downside is it clogs up with stringy greens like parsley, alfalfa, etc. To start, the unit has to be pushed down a certain way, i always have difficulty with that & starting it doesn’t always go easily. Cleanup isn’t a major chore. Overall i probably could have bought the less expensive option & would have sufficed.

It’s a good Juicer, well made. Works greats it comes with 15 year warranty hope the customer care is will be good. Tried apple, grape and carrot cleaning is easy compared with other models. Juicer is heavy and made in Korea. Recently the price went down considerably, best in the category
