    The only problem I see with Nokia phones, is that after a while, the charging port starts to loose grip. Charging cable starts to fall off while charging the phone. Other than that, Nokia is a great phone to have.

    This phone is good for simple use. It gets glitchy whenever too many things are downloaded. Camera doesn’t work well. I use my phone for a lot of things and this phone isn’t capable of a lot.

    I wish to give zero starts if there was a chance, the worst phone that i bought in my life. Its very very slow, the apps take forever to open, the other person on the call wont be able to hear our voice properly, touch is terrible, calls get dropped. Its the worst as it can be. If Nokia stopped making good phones, they should not make phones at all. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to use this phone. This is just for 2-3 days emergency phone that’s it.

    Needed a phone in a hurry since mine had been damaged. Runs a bit slow and camera quality isn’t the best, but for the price it’s decent.

    I am a big fan of Nokia phones so giving this review of 2 stars is very hard to do. The phone is very good size and fore the most part it’s a great phone, but the device response to touch and fluidity of use is at times really hard to get a response unless I hit the screen many times. It seems I am charging the phone everyday.

    While I obviously knew I wasn’t getting a top of the line phone, I expected it to at least work… My texts would take days to be received, and when they came out would all be at the same time. Couldn’t rely on phone calls coming in or out either. Took it back to Best Buy and an associate reset the network settings. It worked for about a day, then same problems. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your time with this phone. Going to buy a Samsung…

    It’s scam type of phone. It’s locked phone. I am unable to use this phone outside of the USA. But Best Buy don’t highlight this issue. It’s showing unlocked but its locked phone. It’s totally scam. It’s really hopeless. Also when I try to return this phone it’s showing unable to return, no return option. I need make a scam case according to law.

    Pros.
    The display is fine, the phone does not seem to lag for basic apps and it is budget phone.
    Cons.
    The build is very cheap(somewhat expected for the price range), the battery and display seems to be ok at best.

    Calles constantly dropped & volume very low. I ended up purchasing a new unlocked Motorola.

    I would not recommend this phone to my worst enemy. I have never had a worse experience with a smartphone in my life. Let’s see #1) The phone regularly drops calls for no reason making it impossible to conduct a business call with any confidence it won’t just drop the call at any moment. Very professional. #2) Every app on the phone either runs slow, lags or freezes up making it hard to use the internet or text without have them lag causing confusion while typing or streaming a you tube video. #3) The lack of memory of shockingly low even after dropping numerous unused apps making saving more than a picture or two impossible. But by far the biggest flaw was Best Buy’s shakedown when I went to return the phone that was blemish free on the outside but full of bugs on the inside and thus unusable 15 days after I bought it for a refund or credit. Instead, I was told that I could return it after 14 days. However, if I paid $50 to become a Best Buy Club Member or something then I can return phones for up to 60-days. So basically unless I willing to pony-up $50 then I was stuck with a defective phone that I had owned for 15-days. In my world that is nothing more than a shakedown and why I think they should be ashamed of their actions. If you are going to sell the consumer products that suck then the least you can do is refund the victim (customer) not extort them like mobsters. My days of ever shopping through Best Buy are done and I will make it a point to pass this story along as often as I can because what a joke.

    It nice and light. A little long. The camera and optics makes a ridge that can catch on things if not careful. Everything works like I want it to after set up. Recommend getting a case for it as soon as you can.
