    I got this phone for my mother, she lives out of the country where the signal is bad. but with this phone she get a good signal to make phone calls.

    I entered phone numbers and selected the ring tone I wanted for that person. If the call was in my contact list I wanted a different ring tone. If the caller was not in my contacts, I wanted a default ring tone. You are allowed to select a different ring tone for different entries , BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. It uses the same ring tone for all calls. You can select what ring tone you want, But only one. All incoming calls will use the same ring tone. I am VERY disappointed. You have to flip open the phone to check the battery level, there is no battery level indicator on the outside display.

    My 78 year old dad-in-law couldn’t stand his smart phone. He wanted his ol’ “dumb phone” back, as he called them. This one is very light but sturdy, has large buttons and an impressively large screen. Heck, even the camera isn’t bad. Nothing like the cameras in the flip phones of old. So far, it’s a hit!

    My first phone was an iPhone, I later got a Samsung, now I’ve transitioned to a Nokia flip phone. I’m not a social media user, I just don’t really have a use for a modern smart phone. So because of the major price difference I decided to take a chance on this phone. This phone actually has way more features than I originally expected, I have YouTube, google, many cool and fun apps. I was surprised by the modern applications this phone has. I’m happy with my purchase. The only real downside I have, is the material it’s made with a softer plastic.

    Very awkward to handle. Did any designer try to flip open this thing with one hand? Even TWO hands?
    Too smooth: slides in your shirt pocket very easily but slides back out even quicker when you lean over. And pops out of your hands as well. This should be called a Slip Phone. User guide and on line info is very poor and incomplete. Ring tones are pitiful. I do like the large keys. At least this uses the same charger as the old phone I was forced to replace.

    If you don’t need a phone that does everything but drive your car this is the phone to get, I have called all over the US and Mexico using this type of phone and at $15.00 a month kind of hard to beat.

    This basic phone does everything I want it to very well. It has some smart features that I will not be using, so I can’t speak to them. The sound is loud and clear and people have no problem hearing me. Texting works fine. The user manual falls a bit short on explaining some things, like how to set up speed dial numbers and use them, but it was easy to figure it out.

    Pros:
    t’s a decent “getaway from smart ” phone. It has big buttons, eye comfort screen brightness, color.
    Cons:
    It claims to have gmaps and YouTube but they are not usable. So, you are forced to switch to real smart phone when you go for a drive and need maps or songs.
    Flashlight gets turned on randomly and not easy to turn it off quickly.

    KIOS is awful to slow. Setup is cumbersome. Smashed it with 3lb sledgehammer after 15 mins trying to set up.

    just made the switch from verizon to att, so i could take advantage of my 1gb fiber savings. my father in law is 83 and only uses flip phones, and this phone does the trick. He can use it with no issues. So, in other words, it’s 83 year old approved.

    This phone was exactly what we needed for a family member who refuses to ever use a smartphone. The old phone was no longer functioning and the options seemed limited. This phone was affordable and we were able to get it to work with AT&T without an issues.

    This phone is so much better for my dad than the ones they have at T-Mobile! Works better in every way possible and the Best Buy guy that’s works in phones set it up for us and did everything that was needed in 15 mins instead of the 3/4 hours it would normal take at the T-Mobile store! I love the phone service with (actual) phone service at T-Mobile but store service not so much (at all)

    Not easy to use, symbols don’t make sense and ring tone keeps disappearing and have not been able to remove messages as they keep piling up.

    Almost too simple. Too many action requests based on too few keys. Action is path dependent — how you get to the final command can alter the options it presents. Then frustration. Often the same sequence of moves will produce different results. Otherwise, reliable, especially since clamshell feature protects against unwanted actions (usually referred to as “butt calls” in simple cases.)
