    If you are in need of a really simple dumb phone, in my case, when I had take my kids smart phone away, it’s a nice little phone. Build is questionable. Not like a Nokia of the past.

    I got it for my Mom, but I love this phone. I have graduated to a smart phone, but, if not for that, I would use this one. I had one like it, back in the day and it was very familiar in my hand. Very simple to use. Great phone if you only want the basics.

    Phone status shows that it’s camped on a wireless carrier, but can’t make or receive calls. I have tried the SIM on a different phone, no issues at all. So, it is definitely phone hardware issue. Even when I call, call quality is poor.

    I Purchased it on Dec 17, 2022, it’s broken on Feb. 1st under normal use, only last for one and half month, the quality is extremely bad, don’t wast you money!

    It’s and unlocked nokia, I was never able to get the sim cards that I had to work in it. Wound up getting a samsung a14. However for $50 I can see this as a great phone for traveling or for kids, something that you won’t be mad about losing.

    Great option if you’re not looking for a smart phone. Does all the simple functions like calls, texts, and alarms. And the battery lasts a very long time which is nice.

    Purchased as a b-day gift for our granddaughter. This was a perfect phone choice.

    This phone will only work on the T-Mobile network. I also was originally having difficulty with it not dialing and dropping calls. I had to do some research and for some reason, this model of phone had an update and most everyone that had this model of phone was having the same problems. Some people fixed the problem by turning on the VOlte. I did a factory reset on the phone and then turned on the VOlte and I haven’t had any problems since. Back to the phone. It is incredibly light which I love. It’s small, it is just a basic phone and if all you to do with it is talk and text it does a great job, but again only if you are utilizing the T-Mobile network. I know it says unlocked, but that is not completely true.

    I bought this phone as a starter phone for my son in 7th grade. It has been good so far. Sometimes, it freeze and it needs to be rebooted. In total, it is a good basic phone with a reasonable price.

    I wanted to love this phone, but the old technology can’t keep up. Texts would organize in random order, wouldn’t connect to cell towers half the time 🙁

    Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it says GSM unlocked but it only works on T-Mobile towers but besides that it works fine and Snake is fun to play

    This phone is great for my grandparents, nice ans simple. My grandparents are not big fans of smartphones so having a phone like this is better for them and makes calling more easier. Minus one star because the plastic is not that strong, other than that its a great and can make good calls.

    This doesn’t work. We live out of town with demanding jobs and we were told it was out of the 14 day period to return. No refund allowed. We will be shopping elsewhere after years and thousands of dollars.

    Its overall a good phone if you jsut want the basics. Beware that if you return it the restocking fee is $45 so you can’t really take it back. Be sure to check if your carrier is supported. At&t is not and makes the phone unusable for me.

    Very cheap phone and difficult to return to the store. Never to buy anything from Best buy especially phones. They charge you restocking fee of $ 45 dollars. No store charge for restocking fee except Best buy. I don’t recommend buying phones from Best buy.

    This basic cell phone is just what I needed. Looks and works exactly as “brand new.” Price and delivery cost was even less than I expected.

    This phone is not compatible with AT&Ts network as advertised. Put in the SIM Card and it showed At&ts network but would not accept calls or texts. After further research this phone will not work on At&t. Also best buy charges a $45 restocking fee for any opened phone returned. I understand this policy for more expensive devices but this one was $48 after tax.
