My wife and I are happy with our purchase. We had a fancier Ninja coffee maker prior to this which we had for a number of years. It held up well under every day use and finally stopped keeping the coffee warm after brewing This new one seems to be just as sturdily,built with straightforward operation. My wife was not thrilled with the way the spoon is mounted (not easy to get out of the holder), so we just use the measuring spoon from the previous machine. The buttons are fairly intuitive once you read the small print with a magnifying glass…LOL you know you’re getting old when you have to read instructions with a magnifying glass, Bottom line …tasty coffee for a reasonable price!…

Excellent! Makes a ton of coffee. I feel like the only downfall of this one is that you cannot always get a replacement pot. I broke my first machine’s pot and it was out of stock as a replacement option which is why I bought a whole new machine. At least i have a back up!

I hate waking up and needing to make coffee! But this glorious pot right here fixes that! Built in timer and the extended warming gives me 4 hours to sleep in before the coffee gets cold!

Works great! Timer had my coffee ready when I come down in there morning. I use a #4 paper filter instead of cleaning the filter.
On “rich” it takes longer to finish but is worth it! If you do 14 cups you have to be careful when pouring. If you tip it too far they coffee will spill out around the edge.

Originally bought this project because it was onsale and just lloking for a basic coffee maker that had a great capacity. I didn’t like the back water reservoir. Side one is the easiest. Cheap quality and the carafe was horrible to pour. Unless you had it on prefectly, it would leak all over the place.

Heat plate burned water and now has white stains
Lid for coffee grinds has rough surface so lint and dust collects and wiping with paper towel makes it even worse
Timer button looks like an “on” button so we constantly pressed it when we first got it.

This is simple, efficient and makes decent coffee. It is so hard to find a coffee maker without multiple bells and whistles which I don’t need. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but after discarding several poorly designed versions of drip coffee makers from other brands (specifically Mr. Coffee, Black & Decker, etc.) I guess you get what you pay for. This is sleek and easy to use.

Not properly packed when shipped and item got damaged in delivery. Labels were slapped on the coffee maker box and shipped just like that with no protection. Do not purchase from here as it will ship in it original box. Mine showed up torn and looked like it was hit by the truck. Coffee maker, which was a gift to my coffee addicted parents, was damaged.

IFirst impressions of this coffee maker were fantastic. The quality was fantastic, the plastic is high quality with what appears to be glass filled resin, which is really good. The filter lid is soft close and sturdy. The water reservoir fit and feel is great, uses silicon to seal the bottom which is higher quality than most competitors. The display is great, everything checks the boxes BUT one thing. Its a big BUT. The entire reason i bought this was for the temperature settings. I like to use the delay start so when i wake up in the morning i can grab a cup and go out the door ready to drink. If you do research coffee will butn skin at 150F and above. Cool, a coffee maker than has carafe temperature settings, not to be confused with brew temperature. I ran a test with 30 minute intervals on high, medium, low. Temperatures were 196, 195, 191 respectively. Basically the featute is useless. I had a hamilton beach coffee maker for 7 years that held 160F on low which was perfect but they no longer make the product. This is a super simple thing to fix with programming. Also, read reviews about the carafe having issues where the spout drips after pouring a cup. I saw no issues at all with this. The carafe is very nice. I work in consumer goods testing for a living, i think highly of ninjas products, this is a great coffee maker if you dont care about temperature settings but ill be returning this product.

 this was a great coffee maker while it lasted. Unfortunately, my coffee pot broke in the wash and they don’t make a replacement one. You can get a cheap one on Amazon that pretty much falls apart in the first week and it’s not the right height, so coffee sits for an extremely extended amount of time in the filter, leaving you with really bitter, off tasting coffee. The lid on the old pot pushed against the brewing section and that seemed to assist it for the correct time. Over a hundred dollar coffee maker that I’m throwing out in just over a year. I will not buy this brand again.

I bought this for my kitchen because I didn’t want to go through a box of pods when entertaining. This is a nice coffee maker if you want to brew a full pot. It is easy to clean and has a reusable filter.
I still prefer my stove top moka pot for smaller amounts of coffee or my Keurig for a quick cup.
The coffee maker is easy to clean but handle with care for maximum longevity. Disappointingly, the carafe is not very thick and made of thin plastic, so I would suggest hand washing it after the initial wash in the dishwasher before use. It appears to be on the brittle side, so use caution.
It has stainless steel on the surface which is nice if your kitchen has other matching appliances.
The coffee brews quickly and it is very easy to use. I still love my moka pot as far as quality of taste but it is a great appliance overall.
It is easy to program but I shut off the electricity when I don’t use it. I also have not used the timer because I haven’t had a need to use it just yet but it is a nice convenience. I would buy this again.

Been a long time since I needed a coffee maker, I enjoy other products that Ninja makes so I gave this maker a try. It is by far the best coffee maker I have ever had, or used that wasn’t percolated. Very self explanatory in ease of use. The carafe doesn’t spill while pouring into mug, which is a huge plus in my opinion. My only issue is, why have a 1 to 4 cup setting if it is going to use all water in the tank? Would like to see them get a program that allows me to completely fill the tank and use only 4 cups at a time. What’s the point of pushing the button if I only filled it to the 4 cup line? Because if you don’t fill to that line it’ll use all the water regardless even if you push the button. Pretty pointless in my opinion, but other than that it’s an amazing coffee maker.
