    This is so nice! I’m so used to the cheap-o food processor that I was just amazing at how nice this is. Super sturdy, strong heavy plastic and the blade is amazingly sharp! The different setting make chopping, puréeing and dough needing so freaking easy!

    This review is currently for Best Buy specifically, not the food processor itself. I ordered this new (NOT refurbished) and got a banged up box with all sorts of brown packing tape all over it. Very clearly returned by a previous customer. It’s not in stock at any local Best Buy, so now I have to go through the headache of shipping it back and waiting another week for a new one.

    I’ll update my review when Best Buy ships me a NEW food processor.

    This baby has it all. There are more expensive blenders out there, commercial grade that are excellent but pound for pound, this blender is packed with features. Ice is no problem. Easy to clean as well.

    I really enjoy using my new Ninja Food Processor. I have not used all of the features, but the features that I have used work extremely well. For example, instead of cutting/shredding the cabbage, I used my new Ninja food processor. It is also great for making purees. I can’t wait to use my food processor to handle the chore of mixing the butter and flour for my pie crusts.
    Please use extreme caution when handling the blades. I would recommend wearing protective gloves when handling the blades. The blades are extremely sharp. I accidentally cut my finger while removing one of the bladed tools from the box.

    Only used it a couple of times for chopping so far. Four blades work fast and cut into uniform pieces. Powerful motor. Unit is heavy. Suction cups are annoying when trying to move processor. Rubber/plastic gasket is fragile and confusing. Previous processor worked fine without a gasket and I had to work to get it on straight. Hope it’s not an item that wears out or tears and needs to be replaced. Shute for shredding and cutting seems a little small. 9-cup capicity is a good size, not to big or too small. Overall, it seems to work well.

    This unit completes my ninja kitchen. The blades are perfect for puree and chopping. I thought my blender did a good enough job pureeing but this takes it to another level. Auto iq does a great job of mixing as well. My only issue is it does not come with the spindle for slicing.

    My wife 95 lb wife tells me the twist off/on lids, cups, attachments, ie; anything but blade is challenging for her. Maybe once it’s been used awhile it will be easier. Otherwise she loves it.
