Great coffee maker. I really like the options that this coffee pot has to offer from cold brew to hot brew to the certain size of cup or pot. One of the biggest benefits for my wife is the tea making option. When you put the tea filter in. It will automatically recognize that you’re making tea and give you options accordingly.

Best coffee machine in my opinion. My whole family has bought this exact coffee machine and have the same feelings. Only issue i have ran into is the tray popping out and it not releasing the water, it happens very randomly. Regardless of that issue i still Love this coffee machine.

During the brewing cycle (specifically, right after a dispense) the filter pops out of place which stops the cycle. It will continue the cycle where it left off if you push it back into place. However, you have to stand there and push the filter back in after each dispense throughout the whole cycle.

Have had this appliance for a week and it has met all my expectations. Both the brewed coffee and tea have excellent flavor. No leaks and performs as hoped. I have noticed that the water catch region under the water container does contain water but there is no leakage out.

I had my doubts about using it for tea but I am very pleased with the way it brews tea. I choose the “rich” brew and my tea tastes much better than my previous microwave method. I use different size mugs for my tea and coffee. A really nice feature is that the machine “remembers” my previous settings for both the tea and coffee brew baskets once they are inserted. I use different mug sizes for my tea and coffee and I brew my tea using the “rich” setting and I use “classic” for coffee so I don’t have to remember to change the settings – it’s all done for me. So far I have not used the carafe so cannot comment on that. I love this coffee and tea brewer!!

These things are quality built and i love the user friendly interface. It brews tea and works really well! I love that it automatically knows once youve swapped the coffee filter for the tea filter and you can pick your specifications with pretty efficient convenience . Also the milk frother is totally worth the step up in price for this model

I like the multi functionality of this machine. I no longer need to make my cold press coffee separate due to the ability of this machine to make cold brew. It’s doesn’t make espresso but it makes speciality coffee, which is very similar. It also has a frother and it works very good. It doesn’t heat the milk but that’s not a big deal. It also has a separate basket for tea so you don’t have that cross taste from the coffee. Makes wonderful chai tea. It has a reusable filter so no paper filters necessary and no expensive pods. Can always use fresh coffee. Highly recommend

If I could review less than one star I would. This purchase lasted roughly 9 months first attempt then 3 months the second attempt. Gets to a point of cleaning alert and even after MULTIPLE self cleaning attempts, the unit STILL doesn’t work properly. Thinking this may have been a fluke, I returned for a new unit. Unfortunately same results occurred – this time in even less time. Never reached a point of using the cold brew option, used tea option once during the first round of use. I am very much a Ninja product user person however this one was a HUGE failure. Which is quite disappointing to be honest. I loved the frothing option and used it often. Wish my experience with this item would have been different. Another item of note, a full pot goes very quickly which makes for another inconvenience as well. I host often and I was ALWAYS having to make at least 2 full pots for just a couple (maybe 3 people to be satisfied and receive a full cup of coffee.

If you are on the fence about getting a coffee maker, then shop no further! This has to be the absolute best coffee maker ever. It brews an entire pot in less than 10 minutes. Plus, you can make cold brew that is so rich with flavor that it will blow your mind. And, the separate tea basket is awesome! Plus, with the delay brew, my coffee is ready when I want it the next day, hot or cold!
I have had this coffee maker for a couple of months now and I have used every function on it. And let me tell you, I am so glad I bought it! I was on the fence about the glass carafe or the stainless steel and I don’t think it makes a difference. The coffee comes out piping hot (not burnt) and smells delicious. In fact, I think I may get me a cuppa now… ;^)

NOT worth the money. Uses lots of coffee to make robust coffee. Small pot. We bought in early August 2023, it is now mid january 2024 and it leaks all the water out. Time to return!!
