    The oven is easy to use and cooked everything I have tried perfectly and I don’t need to heat up the big oven anymore we hen there are only a couple of us home for dinner. Only con is cleaning. Things like breaded chicken patties get crumbs everywhere due to the fan. But the come out crispy on outside and juicy inside so it’s worth it

    I purchased the Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 smart XL oven so that I could bake 9×13 pans of food in it, besides cookie sheets. A standard 9×13 pan WILL NOT fit in this oven if the pan has any kind of ‘lip’ or handle on it. You have to buy 9×13 pans that have straight sides on it OR you can buy one from Ninja to use. It is really a crazy design; it is only about three inches too short in width; otherwise it would have worked. I brought the oven back to Best Buy and will find another Oster like the one that I had that worked great for all kinds of pans. Buying a toaster oven that limits which pans you can put into it isn’t for me, unfortunately so I cannot reacommend this oven.

    First oven was crushed in from the side (forklift?) – not the oven’s fault.
    Second oven (after return) had out of round/unbalanced fan wheel at the back making the oven loud/vibrating when turned on. Don’t want a loud oven but more importantly – out of balanced fan blades will wear the bearing faster – shortening it’s useful life.
    I’m returning it for a third one – fingers crossed because I’ve only heard great things about this from my friend who owns two of them…

    We saw this Smart Oven in person and looked at Youtube review videos. We had high confidence buying this after all we had seen. We are not disappointed at all. This Oven that was very close in options to a $900 we saw. This was a no brainer for 1/3 the cost. As usual the Best Buy Sales people were very helpful and honest! It is handsome and works wonderfully.

    We bought this just before Christmas. We had a smaller toaster oven, and both of the ovens in the house we recently purchased have quit.

    So, this one will fit my smaller casserole dishes and a small pizza.

    I think we have used it every day since we brought it home.

    So far, we have not noticed any problems, but we have only been using it for 6 weeks. My two biggest users have been my husband and second daughter .. they love how easy it is to check the temperature and set it for the type of cooking they want.

    Daughter loves the air fry setting.

    The two younger ones love that they can pop a pizza in for lunch or dinner.

    The veggies cook great too.

    And with two tray levels, it is possible to cook two things at the same time.

    It’s not the same as having a full sized oven, but it sure has made our life a ton easier.

    Easy to operate. Very quiet. Preheats in 90 seconds. No heating up the house! Food turns out great! Can prepare more healthy cooking options that turn out better than frying, oven or microwave.
    Takes no more counter space than a microwave! If I had to choose between a microwave and Ninja would definitely take the convection oven. You have more cooking options that are healthy! Only con is wish the interior was made of a material similar the square pans so it was easier to keep clean. But use fantastic and microfiber clothes to wipe down between uses! I absolutely recommend Ninja XL DT02! The digital thermometer is great as well!

    This is my 3rd all in one air fryer. After trying 2 other brands I finally decided to spend a bit more for the Ninja. I love all other Ninja appliances and this one doesn’t disappoint.. It’s a bit pricier, but well worth the extra money.

    This is my second air fryer and the ninja is great the touchscreen is easy to read and with all of features you could cook or bake whatever you want. I found the inside is not the easiest to clean it just takes a little extra effort

    This Ninja replaced an Instata Pot that lasted 10 months, what an improvement this is. Wish we would have had it first. Held and perfectly cooked the 12 lb. Turkey for Christmas, the temp probe is great.

    BEWARE, this thing is deep and not very wide. Too deep to fit on the counter. Wife purchased thinking this oven was wide, but it is situated in the box front facing the side of the packaging. Best buy DID NOT have one on display.

    I expected more from Ninja. The oven overheated on the outside that you can literally burn your hand. The pans and basket were so hard to clean. It took so much wattage that blew my kitchen breakers twice. Had to return. Big fail Ninja.

    I have had my Ninja Foodi for over 2 years and just purchased my 2nd one.
    I have never had any type of problems with the oven
    It is the best purchase that I have ever made. I would suggest that you clean your racks and the inside clean after each use. The top does get warm to the touch, but has never damaged my granite or backsplash.
    Best Buy provided excellent service, and very fast shipping. Highly recommend.

    Got this miracle worker for Christmas that saved our New Year’s dinner! Tried it to cook my first time ever nine pound in bone rib roast. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a beautiful crispy brown medium rare gem!
    Instructions were simple to follow and now I can’t keep my wife from using it to cook all our meals. Our main double ovens are now out of a job!!

    It is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. Cos just like a regular oven. The large capacity gives me an extra oven when I need to bake a lot at the same time. Living in AZ looking forward to using it instead of heating up my house with the oven. I highly recommend it. I have a very small kitchen with not alot of counter space but it fits just right.

    works great, our big oven went out and i needed a counter top one to replace it. I love that it fits a 13×9 pan and has two racks. Ive used the dehydrate function along with the bake, air fry and pizza function. All great. Only issue i have is its hard to clean.

    This product works well, it cooks faster and you will not get disappointed on the result, a little noise when you start to warm it up but that not change the end result when your reheating, cooking and baking on this product. Try it and see it for your self.

    Has worked well with many different types of food. Bigger than most toaster ovens/airfryers so make sure you have room on your counter. If i had anything that id change would be the noise. Its much louder than similar products i have used in thr past.
