We’ve owned 3 Keurig machines over the last 10 years and wanted something that kept the frothing function on our latest Keurig but would make a full pot on those weekends when we would be around for that second cup, but also still brew K-cups during the work week. This machine does all of that and more, with multiple custom brew cycles, programmable time delay, even a lever to temporarily stop the drip when you want to grab that first cupful out of the pot before it’s done brewing. It’s like the folks who designed this machine actually used it themselves. This is our 3rd or 4th Ninja appliance and all of them have been winners. Very Highly recommended.

I got this about a year ago. I was looking a new coffee maker and I love Ninja products. It was easy to setup and go. My wife and I drink coffee at different times of the day, so the timer is a plus for us having a hot cup ready to go.

First off, its got a nice setup combining the grinds and pod function the way it does. Unfortunately the one i got had an issue of spraying hot water at our face when opening the pod attachment and burned 2 family members I have since returned this item and went with a different product. Also had an issue with lots of grinds ending up in our cup after brewing.

So far it’s been a great buy. I purchased this because I had a Kurig K cup machine that went out after 12yrs and a Cuisinart coffee pot but wanted just one machine that could do both and take up less space. This machine does it all and very slim design.

Amazing machine that is so simple to use. It has so many options and is not as bulky as other coffee makers. This can make coffee, teas, or simply provide hot and/or boiling water. That alone is nice to have.

I don’t drink coffee but my wife loves this unit and says it tastes better than all the others units she’s had. This is probably the 4th or 5th ninja coffee system we’ve had in the lady couple years. They’ve all worked great we just use them a ton and I like buying her new things… She also loves the hot water feature for her tea and that it doesn’t go through the coffee basket so tea tastes great.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother in-law. She absolutely loves it. She loves that she can make coffee or turn the knob to get hot water to make hot chocolate with her grand babies. She hated when she would make a whole pot of coffee and it would just sit there. Now she can make a K-cup size (personal) and not have to waste so much.

We love this. The options this coffee machine has are perfect for us. The carafe will keep coffee hot for a few hours. Not as long as our old one did however long enough for us. The frother works fairly well also when we make lattes and such.

It can’t get any simpler than this. Warm up. Your favorite creamer or cream and coffee cup in the microwave. Froth it with the frother. Then brew your espresso from a k-cup.

Fantastic, easy to use machine. Compatible with all my favorite Keurig pods, and if you prefer your own ground coffee there are reusable adaptor pods (purchased separately) for this machine too just like the keurigs have. Making a whole pot of coffee was such a time saver for holiday entertaining. I use the frother daily for lattes, and the separate water function allows me to brew tea without contaminating the water through the coffee filter. Seriously the best coffee machine on the market for the price.

Very good drip coffee maker which also makes coffee from K-cups. My wife is a big tea drinker and the hot water dispenser feature is invaluable as well. Easy to clean. Going from drip coffee to K-cup is easy but requires some sleight of hand in changing from one mode to another. We are definitely enjoying our new coffee maker.

Good machine— needs some tweaks. Frothing wand could heat the milk too, the machine has to have a full component installed to switch from brewing a pot to using a k cup so you have to store the k cup part somewhere when making a pot. Lastly the water vessel is awkward to hold when filling- no handle l(all things I appreciated in my Keurig dual brew. The ninja does make a really nice HOT cup of coffee though and when you choos “rich” for the brew choice, it really IS a rich flavor
