    I bought two and one worked great right away. Sometimes they flash like they need a charge if theres too much frozen fruit in it. And wont work again until you charge it. Works well otherwise

    My blender has to stay plugged up otherwise it will die without even being used. When i first got it i charged it all day and night. The next day when i used it nieces for a few seconds and then the button turned red and wouldn’t work. I plugged it up for a few minutes and tried again and it blended for a few minutes and stored again so i let it charge longer and it finally blended. But the next day when i was attempting to use it again it did the same thing. No matter how long i charge it it dosent seem to be working.

    I had rwallt high hopes here sincd it is a ninja product but it broke after a month of use. It is past the return window too so i am out of luck with this one

    I really wanted to love the blender. I must admit that I am a disappointment in this product. All of my other Ninja products , Foodi, Wood Fire Grille, are the best but this is not. I added ice, almond milk, almond butter, protein powder and frozen strawberries. It took forever to blend. I finally gave it. The berries were still chunky

    Awesome the guys at the Lakewood store in Belmar treating me good and I think I’ll make this my store, a Littleton not into keeping their word. And I pride myself on loyalty. And sometimes we make mistakes, but we gotta own them. I can’t get my stuff covered under warranty when I purchased a warranty and I am a total tech member so that’s like being Superman and somebody giving you a protein shake

    Not inpressed. Charged for two hours the day prior. Was shoer excited to use. Added my ingredients as per the instructions – liquid first, to the minimum line. Added frozen fruit. It DIED after about 10 seconds. Had to use another Blender so that it was not a total waste.

    It doesn’t blend through ice like it said it does … && that’s pretty frustrating, also pieces of my fruit doesn’t get blended! BUTTTTTT 🙂 I LOVE ITTTTTT, it’s convenient and works GREAT FOR ME , I travel and work long hours , I am usually extremely tooo tired and a smoothie is my go tooo, thank you for delivering my product 🙂

    I got this blender for my wife and she loves it! Very powerful and relatively quiet. Great when using a straw to drink as it does have some weight to it. Her only complaint is that I has not held a charge very well, 1-3 blends per charge. Not sure if we just received a bad blender? Other than that, great buy!
