    Dead quiet, has a timer and thermostat along with an eco mode and a low setting. Heats up a regular size bedroom easily with the door closed.

    This unit gets hot but doesn’t radiate widely enough to keep a room warm. I also have a pet so have to put a barrier around it so they don’t brush up to it and get burned.

    This Radiator Heater is amazing! We stopped turning the home furnace on at night to heat the entire house (no need to heat the 2400 sq ft of house just to keep us warm at night), placing this radiator in our Master Bedroom. Bingo, it heats the entire room gently, quietly (no fan) with a significant savings to our home gas bill. Requires about 15 minutes to get to temperature, I so like no fan blowing hot air around. Peaceful.

    I don’t understand all the 5’s. It’s a heater, it works, but it’s not spectacular. In fact, there are two very glaring problems that make it a 3/5 for me: 1) It has an extremely obnoxious beeping noise that goes off with every single button press. 2) It’s heating a full 5 degrees higher than expected. Since this is on the lowest setting, it means I can’t use it in my bedroom (I like it cold at night, just not 60 or below), AND it’s wasting energy since it’s clearly not correctly tallying the temp. Incidentally my dog is terrified of it, either because of the beeps or the fumes that it gave off at the first time (though neither factored into my rating). I’m just not that happy with it, but, it does have a timer, and that was very important to me. So… 3/5, but I don’t really recommend it unless you *really* need that timer.

    Got this for my mother she wanted a radiator heater. It’s working well and she is happy with it. The remote helps so she doesn’t have to get up to turn it on or off.

    This little heater throws out very sufficient heat – for a mid-size room. And, the best part is that is totally quiet – no fan noise! It’s easy to use. Highly recommend.

    Nice design and simple to use. Big however, it does not give amount of heat that I’d like. Best sitting very close. Temp goes to 85, but not really hot enough to over large area.

    I first turned it on at night, and by morning, there was a large puddle of clear oil under the unit. It was leaking from the middle of the unit. Be careful where you put this- the oil could ruin your floor.

    Easy to follow instructions. You can set the heat to the desired temperature with increments of 5 degrees. Has lo and Hi settings. Keeps the area warm.

    this unit is quiet, efficient, elegant and cheap. I have it on my daughther’s bedrom and it runs for 10h/day at 65F. Geeat product and I recommend.

    We have an 1800’s home that has several very cold spots and these radiators are always the way to go. Safe and can heat a decently large room.

    I’ve had a few of these before, but none come close to being as warm and quiet as this one. 10/10,

    It works!. It heats up a 12×12 room in a short time and the remote control is a bonus.
    One more thing, it has a delayed “turn on” setting, so you’ll come come home to a warm room. It’s great!

    As far as operations and doing what it is supposed to do it was very good. We were very happy for it for the winter but as soon as March came it just started just turning off a few minutes after turning it on rendering it useless unless there is a way to get it repaired. I’d rate it 5 up until it didn’t work so I’ll average it at a 3. I don’t review something unless it is very good or it is something to warn others. I’ll check with BestBUy on options.

    Bought this to replace a very old radiant heater that finally gave up. This heater is super quiet. The remote is nice, but needs to face the controls to work (no big deal). This unit is not for those that need heat right NOW. This unit heats up a large room to 70-75 degrees and automatically maintains it in @ an hour. I like it because I can put my socks or shoes on top of it to help dry them out.

    Just wanted an off / on with temp control, when received had a number of safety feature like a shut off timer which made unit of no value to me, needed to stay on longer then 10 hours at at time.

    We all most had a fire . This is what happened to our outlet. And the plug in. We will be bringing the heater back to best buy because we bought a warranty with it. All we did was turn it on and it ran fine for a few hours then we went to turn it down and five minutes later the heater made a loud pop and it shut off. We went in there to see what happened.

    I’ve never owned another oil radiator heater before therefore I can’t offer a comparison but I can say this product would be difficult to improve on. Simple to use and performs as stated. The quietness is a welcomed feature which my previous heater ( Dr, Infrared ) didn’t possess.
