I got it about 1 weeks now , so far so good no problem yet , best buy very good , fast shipping and fast delivery , I go online order and it just 4 or 5 day I have it and they have a good price too

Must have a place to exhaust the hot air. Did not know that prior to purchasing. Not truly portable.

Unit must be vented. The pieces that were supplied to vent for casement window did not fit well.
