Mike –
I looked for a replacement under counter unit. This model fit the opening and was reasonably priced compared to all the other units researched.that had the same capacities.

Very nice wine cellar and inexpensive. I bought this for my daughter and her husband’s new house. Love the way it looks in their built in kitchen. It has really cool blue lights that can be lit up.

Bought this wine fridge brand new. It started making loud noises when the compressor kicked on in less than 2 months after purchasing. Called BB and was told to contact NewAir. Contacted NewAir and was told they do not service their own warranties. Had to contact a terrible 3rd party vendor to file a warranty claim. Several phone calls and emails later I think I have a service ticket in to have someone come take a look at this piece of junk. I wish I bought a different one. I cannot recommend NewAir. They do not stand behind their products.

Overall good refrigerator. Quality control is lacking, arrived with broken shelf, awaiting replacement. Assembly instructions to change the door direction need to be improved.

we needed to replace an under counter wine fridge and the selections were limited. Luckily, this vents out the front and it was the perfect size. It also held a lot more bottles

I did a lot of research and I am excited that I ordered this and hoping it will be a reliable unit but a warning that during my research I found that the Best Buy Dimensions and Description are wrong and I verified with NewAir that as of today 8/14/20 that the dimensions and description are wrong but the NewAir company is going to try to get Best Buy to correct the two issues. The correct dimensions on the NewAir site are: Product Dimensions: 22.60″D (24.25″ w/handle) x 23.50″W x 33.00″H and it IS a BUILT-IN unit ‘not’ a stand alone as the Best Buy description states. Hopefully Best Buy will correct these two errors so people can more confidently choose to buy this unit.

Holds lots of bottles and I’m using two of them for my restaurant, one for whites and one for reds.
BobG –
Holds temperature steady as a rock. It looks very nice. The thing that we like the best other than the main feature, is that it is extremely quite. We also got a great matched price from Best Buy.
I would definitely buy this item again.
Also free delivery to my door.

Doesn’t work. Display panel was hanging from it’s secured spot. Left it alone after moving, as directed. Won’t get cool. Faulty product. Shouldn’t happen for the amount spent on it.
Kiwi –
Perfect wine cooler that doesn’t break the bank. Easy to install and pretty on the eye

I’m enjoying the use of my wine fridge which I purchased from Best Buy at a time when product numbers were low during the pandemic. The product is excellent and serves me well.
FL888 –
Love the design and the large capacity to always have a cold bottle on hand whenever friends drop by.
HighPointer –
Overall, I’m pleased with this wine fridge. It is very quiet and sleek looking. The shelves do not seem to be the best quality, but they get the job done. Of course, as with every wine fridge I’ve ever ordered, there were some dings from shipping. In fact, when I received the fridge, the box had broken at the bottom and the styrofoam had broken into a million pieces. For days I was finding and cleaning up styrofoam that had gotten all over.
Disappointed –
I can’t recommend this unit. I purchased this fridge, got it home and let it sit for 48 hours before plugging it in. When I plugged it in after the 48 hour wait time, and the compressor kicked on, it made the most gawd aweful noises. Moaning, groaning, whining, squealing. I thought maybe it needs to run for awhile and work through this nightmare. Nope. Took it back and ordered another of the same. Got it home and after waiting 48 hours same thing. I’ve had it for almost 3 months now and no better. Waste of $700! Do yourself a favor and buy another brand.

We’ve had wine fridges before but they never got the wine cold enough. This 2 zone built in does the job. Since it’s a built in there’s no need to have extra space for the door to swing. Looks great flush with the cabinet.

Great value for a wine fridge. Size wise, the depth is a little bigger, making the door stick out further than described by 1″
