I find it very difficult to find a good place to put this. Some times my Netflix or Amazon Prime movie apps open quickly and others its up yo a 5-7 minute wait to download.
JasonW –
Easy to use and not that bad of a price!!!!!!!!!!!
Skyler –
Worked well enough. I had this running from my house to my detached shed and was surprised.
EdwardM –
Awesome product, using for outdoor TV and phone Wi-Fi. Works great, just have to ensure you plug into outlook directly, not a power strip.
NateM –
Worked for what I needed it for and is still working.
OleDustyB –
Installed in a detached guest house which had a seperate electrical panal but fed from the same source as the house. The plug checker showed red as in least powerful however the signal provides full bars on all my devices including phone, streaming boxes, computer, gaming, and tablet.
BrittanyB –
Works great for WFH that requires a hard hook up. Easy set up.
CarlC –
This Wi-Fi adapter is easy to set up and works very well.

Worked like a charm! We have multiple concrete block walls separating sections of our home and this was able to extend our signals perfectly!
KennethJ4 –
It’s great and amazing! Would definitely recommend to everyone!
CReyn –
Saved me from having to have a 2nd internet line run through my house!

This technology was new to me – tying into the house electrical system through an outlet vs. hoping airwaves would ‘boost’ our wifi signal from the router to bedrooms at the other end of the house. Airwave boosters did not work at all, likely due to the configuration of the house and the distance between the router and wannabe users. The Powerline Wi-Fi Access Point and Adapter instantly gave us 100% signal throughout our home. Easy to install (5 minutes), we have had up to 6 different people accessing Wi-Fi at the same time throughout the house with the signal coming through like you are sitting right next to the router. Highly satisfied customers here.

Pretty good adapter pretty good adapter oretty good adaoter

Great product. Not so easy to set up. Works great.

My husband bought a tuff shed and completely turned it into my Art studio. I needed a computer and printer and our router was too far from the studio to connect me to the Wifi. The Netgear power and adapter work beautifully. No problems with connecting.
MillardM –
It is not working very well for me but I have to find out what my service is actually delivering.

This device allows internet access inside a metal building. Very nice wifi extender.

This is a pretty okay adapter, i have noticed a difference in gameplay. I used to have problems with ping in-game and it would affect how i play. Upon getting this adapter, I see little to no ping drops now, so I am very satisfied on that part. Here is the issue though, this adapter doesnt bring my upload/download speeds a lot. I used to be at 10-20 mbps, and now getting speeds of 25-40 mbps, not a lot but im not really bothered by it. Also interestingly, this adapter tripped my breaker 4 times, no matter what circuit it’s on. When it works, it’s nice!
MustafaK –
Working just fine, good product. Bought it online and picked up in two hours. Setting it up was very easy and quick.
Hassan727 –
Does not do what it advertised. Device is supposed to be a wifi extender. It instead creates another network within your homes WiFi network with its own password.
Sharon –
i promise im not a bot but this isnt bad to be honest. it definitely made me internet connection with my ps5 MUCH more faster than before. i would play online games on there and disconnect quick or have lag issues. for comparison i played in my room thats over 20 feet away from at least one of the physical routers and it isnt even the main one. despite that, i still got pretty good connection
LemC –
Awesome product. Works really well in my detached metal garage.
Goerge –
Help me on getting signal to my second floor , great item.
Boleo –
Does it work? Yes. Does it work well? No. If you live in a home that has wiring installed before about 1990, forget it, your throughput will be in the double digits at best. You’d be better buying a second WIFI router and using it in repeater mode.
CurtisA –
Works flawlessly in my detached garage. I had been considering running a cable all the way from the router in my house, but this is a lot easier and I didn’t have to dig a ditch.
DavidB –
This worked awesome to bring internet access to my detached garage/workshop. Plugged it in and had plenty of bandwidth for my needs. Good purchase. Not too expensive either considering the other options
user163359 –
Works inside the house, got it for my garage which is on a separate meter and it did not work, I am assuming it is because it’s on a separate meter, but it removes the deadzones within the house.
JaimeO –
Great product, great advice from Best Buy
Employee. I was planning to buy an extender but the in-line (using the house copper wire) worked a lot better! A big thanks!
lilwilll –
did not work well for my xfinity wifi at all. it was only pushing out 45mbps while hooked up on ethernet
MichaelA –
Honestly don’t write reviews but this product has been everything as advertised. Easy set up guide a few steps and you good to go.
Justin –
The item worked great. I recommend this for any wireless bridge you need around your home.
LaprinciaH –
I use this for my job. I work from home and my internet router is in a different room. I highly recommend this if you want strong Wi-Fi in different rooms of your house.
SSman –
It odes not stay plugged into the wall well and falls out of the outlet if not supported to stay in. otherwise, it works fine.
Maybel –
Simply the best!! All you need to extend your WiFi internet connection.
Natalie –
Works good for my Wi-Fi for my computer connection. Improved my signals by a lot
anthony –
Works as expected, pretty easy and fast to set up. Overall not to bad
LR700 –
I purchased for work and it works great. No complaints.
Carlos –
I bought it hearing good things about it but when i got my own it was cocered in scratches and would not connect to each other
Sportsfan –
Easy to install and works well for our tower and gaming monitor.
user739209 –
it makes the internet reach the upstairs better and makes it faster
Appliance –
Easy to get in place but did not solve my problem with slow WiFi in my basement. Kept it only because it helped in other rooms.
HonestTech –
Does what it says it would do. But It didnt meet my expectations. I was still having trouble connecting my device on the other side of the house. I went with a Mesh system and that solved all of my troubles. Recommended only if youre using it near the router.
renardoj –
Easy to setup with a caveat. Seemed to initially disrupt the connection of devices not connected to it with my home wifi network but it smoothed out after a few minutes. But the Wi-Fi connection for my PS5 in my cave in the basement is drastically improved. No more lag!
Jamesb –
A lot cheaper than mesh. This is all i need for now for ip camera.
DonW –
Works like it should. Flawless from 1 bedroom on one end of our house to another on the opposite end
user841845 –
The device offers little or improvement in WiFi connectivity.
KirstieLou –
Setting up the Nether device was so simple I couldn’t overthink it & it has performed marvelously in my home office. I wish I had purchased this item earlier in my remote work journey.
anonymous –
Extremely easy to set up and works as intended. It didn’t boost my wifi speeds by as much as I had hoped, but the ethernet was really effective.
MatheusA –
Great product was really excited to test it out I’ve had WiFi extenders before but nothing like this really made life in my house easier
PedroR –
Helps very well to improve the connectivity with the main router
