Great pair of routers and setup was easy as can be! Well worth every penny. No need to reboot my routers when everyone is on their device. My previous routers worked well until I went over 25 devices. We had to fight at that point. With these routers, I don’t have to worry about that. Also enjoy the ease of the app and parental control feature as well

This 3-unit setup replaced an older mesh system in our 4,700sqft home. I was very impressed to see that we get over 500Mbps download throughout the house! The old system was glitchy and never got more than 100Mbps. Very easy to setup, and the app gives you full access to all connected users, as well as parental controls.

After failure with another highly rated mesh system, I returned that inadequate system to the local Best Buy and purchased the Netgear Orbi Mesh WiFi 6 System. With the help of fantastic Netgear tech help, my new system, with one router and three satellites, is up and running and blasting fast Wi-Fi speeds throughout my large horse barn and indoor arena building. I’m getting Wi-Fi download speeds of over 700 Mbps and uploads of 100 Mbps within a large steel and wood building. I have 1 Gbps fiber internet service from Empire Access, located here in upstate NY. My satellites are connected via ethernet cables, because of the complications of the structural components of my building. I couldn’t be more pleased with the equipment, the tech help, the Orbi App that I use on my iPhone, and the additional services that are available with this Orbi System.

My old linksys velop ac6600 (3x nodes), with the rated 40 device connection rating hit its max a long time ago and was starting to have device conflicts/drops. Had to upgrade. Went with this NETGEAR Orbi AX6000 and wow, what a difference! Paying for 300mbps and now I’m actually experiencing it! Before, was getting about 60-150mbps through-put. Now I’m regularly seeing 350mbps through the entire 3600sq ft/2 story house! WHAT I LIKE: the speed is super fast. 100+ device capacity, the range (even with just the 2 node system). Also, I was quite concerned about the iot setups. Sounded like it would be a total crap show, judging from the reviews. However, I had zero issues. My wyze cams, ring doorbell, Sonos, printer, everything automatically found the 2.4 ghz band with no issues. WHAT I DON’T LIKE: the setup was painful! The instructions weren’t very clear to me so it took a lot of bouncing, then when I get set up, gotta do personalization and bounce, losing connection again, bounce. Get connection, then gotta do a firmware update, another bounce. Then failed connections. Gotta bounce again. Finally get everything set up and guess what, another firmware update! Going to wait a few days to do that one. It was about an hour of setup for me but once it was done it was well worth it for me. Dropping 1 star though, for the painful setup experience.

Works perfectly. Extremely fast, very easy to set up. I had an older 3 node linksys system i needed to replace. I was concerned that this system only had 2 nodes (main +1), and would not be able to cover my whole home. It provides better coverage than my older 3 node system. For reference, i have 1gb internet up and down. 40+ devices connected counting all of the smart home accessories i have. Works great.

Was using the Linksys nodes which were OK, but didn’t seem to be able to handle the number of devices we had connected (lots of Google home stuff and Hue lights on top of computers, phones, streaming devices and having consoles). I can’t get over what a difference Orbi made. We have a two story house and the two nodes are plenty for the two floors. Very pleased.

My previous router decided to stop connecting and so I decided to upgrade to a mesh system. It has been a great decision with the signal strength remaining strong throughout my home and even outside on the pool deck. While a little more than pricey, this Orbi AX6000 WiFi Mesh system definitely positions me for the future.

These are probably the easiest mesh Wi-Fi routers to install. You basically take them straight out of the box plug them in and you can log into them with the default IP address and select manual configuration and set this up yourself. If you are an advanced user. If you are a novice user you can use the cellular phone app either on android or Apple and it will take you through the steps to set them up. I purchased this item to cover a 4800 square-foot house and with my 450 make a bit down Internet connection. My Wi-Fi speeds are at 325 Mb down on all my devices. I have selected both my 2.4 and my 5.0 wireless networks to SSID identified as the same name. Coverage is enter end of the home and top and bottom floors. I have one Netgear unit upstairs and one Netgear unit downstairs and it completely floods the entire home with perfect Wi-Fi signal. I like that these units give you a status with the LED right below the Orbi logo. Overall, they do a wonderful job and have no glitches so far. Remember when you install this for the first time, make sure to do all the firmware updates to the device and make sure that you change the default login password. I couldn’t be any more happier with these devices, and they do just perfect.

Ownership over 2 years, 0 issues, complete control of your wifi system including what devices get priority, etc. Covers my 3000+ sq foot house with ease, can even use my wifi in my nextdoor neighbors backyard. Stop searching, buy once cry once, it’s worth the price.

Ethernet ports on the device failed after a month…Internet went out…had the ONT replaced…Orbi wouldn’t come back online, or get link lights to the ONT. Put another router in place…no problem. Apparently there was only a 2 week return period for this insanely expensive router that they wanted a large amount of money to add ‘extra protection’

prior to this system I we had a single router with little range and limited device capabilities. it was impossible to run a smart home and frustrating when our cameras kept going offline. after upgrading to the orbit system were able to hold 54 devices online with out any issues there aren’t any dead spots at home and most importantly we can have wifi and control our outdoor speaker from the yard and all our smart home devices maintain wifi connection and haven’t had a single drop in connection. truly life changing and gave us huge peace at mind knowing that our home is always covered.

My house is 2200 square feet, connectinv took about 30 minutes after setting modem up, app was cery clean and using a 2 pack has made wifi faster and given more range, if you have a big home with multi floors I recommend the 3 pack.

We were having weekly issues with our Google Nest, which was only a year old. We work from home and needed a reliable router that covered the main floor and basement of a 5,000 square foot rambler. Orbi Whole Home is awesome. Download speed directly to router is 750. Wireless download speed is 386. Game changer. Only downside is the system is very pricey.

This 2-pack is enough for the wi-fi needs in our 2 story house, 3000sqft. We probably have 40-50 devices connected (lots of home automation things), and these kind of handle the load. I’ve noticed that devices, including my computer, will randomly lose connection for about 5-10 seconds and then reestablish the link. I’ve never had a problem like this with previous routers.

I purchased the Netgear Orbi to replace an older mesh WiFi system. The coverage is better and I am very impressed by the speed. However, the feature I am happiest about is the security. Shortly after installing, several phishing emails were discovered on my mothers computer and malware/fraud was discovered on my wifes phone. Turns out the malware (xps.customercare-vip.com) is a fraud site that tricks people into purchasing discounted goods they never receive. We were able to contact our bank and quickly get our money back. Netgear Orbi is truly an amazing sytem that offers peace of mind.

I recently purchased this mesh system to upgrade from a Google mesh. My previous system had reliable coverage and signal but throttled speeds around 100 Mbps. I have a fiber connection with regular speeds between 900-980 Mbps, so the service was being wasted. Once I put the new system in, my speeds immediately jumped to 225-500 Mbps around the house. I have done speed tests inside my home and all around our yard and the speed and signal strength remain fast and strong. Our streaming services run smoother, online multiplayer video games play with less or no lag, and the added security of this system makes it a great purchase. This system is fantastic for larger properties that have fiber speeds but may be overkill for slower internet and/or smaller properties. I highly recommend this mesh system, though.
