    Really good connection, works a lot better than my old one. I would recommend ethernet or LAN cable over wireless, but for people without that option, this is the best adapter you can probably get for a reasonable price.

    Great size and seemed great, but warning… does not work with all computers. Check compatibility. It caused major issues with my home-built PC.

    I do love this adapter it’s small enough to fit almost anywhere!! Holds a very stable and strong connection. Yet If left plugged in when device is powered off It my struggle holding a stable connection after powering on. I found unplugging and plugging back in after device is fully booted up helps or leave the auto connect option off. Other than that it’s a solid adapter!!

    For price paid this is a really great, user friendly product. The only pain is that is doesn’t come with a disc or anything to install the driver so you need to find a way to get onto the Internet to download the driver onto a flash drive and transfer it to the device you’re trying to install this unit on. Easy for a techy person but might be a little much for a “layman”.

    Bought a custom tower that didn’t have WiFi included. This is a great alternative and runs fast! I did have to hardwire the computer temporarily in order to have the driver installed.

    I had great download speed and a strong connection apparently from across the apartment, however the connection kept cutting every 3 mins then reconnecting. Not good for gaming

    This driver will not install for Macs with OS 11 or later and therefore will not work on any modern Mac. If you read the technical specifications on the Netgear web site or talk to Netgear technical support, they will tell you that the last supported OS is 10.15.7. That is a rather important limitation that needs to be stated much more clearly. Before I knew this, I tried to install it on Mac OS Ventura and received an error message: “This package is incompatible with this version of Mac OS.” At least Best Buy made the return easy.

    I had good internet before but now I get like 0 ping for all my games lol
    1 thing that bothers me is that it sometimes has to be manually reconnected to the internet not all the time tho

    If you need to play online (pc,Xbox, or ps5) and can’t connect straight to your router… this is what you need trust me !!!! This works amazing ! No lag no nothing thanks god for this !

    Wifi adapters just aren’t going to be magic but this did work. I’d rather have a built in so I returned it but this was a good product. Worked as well as any of them I’d tried.

    Worked good for quite a while. Finds Wi-Fi in hotels without any issue. Outside of having to plug it in, works like the internal antenna on your laptop. If you need a product like this, get this one. It did stop working after about 3 years though.

    Very good product and ease of use. Though you will need to get the NETGEAR setup Genie onto the PC you are installing this device on. Thus you will need to download the Genie onto a USB mem from anotherPC or or use a hard-wire Ethernet connection on the target PC and then you wil lbe able to use the EASTY setup procedure.. and then you are up and going.

    If you’re looking for a network adapter I would 100% recommend this one that may cost a little bit but it’s definitely worth it if your motherboard doesn’t already have one

    This definitely helps with WiFi if you don’t have the best WiFi. It’s a bit touchy so I recommend getting it set up but try not moving it afterwards.

    Product is great itself. Drivers are problematic. The latest one is a bit of a mess, but the one earlier gave me no problems. Fast and reliable when working. Just don’t update it.

    Got the job done. I needed good internet connection on my pc with a bad wireless card. The set up was easy and it worked right over my previous card. A little more expensive than the other options but i just wanted something to work well.

    I travel with my gaming setup a lot, and my old wifi adapter was way to slow to do much of anything, however since using this I have never had any internet lag. It’s still wifi so it’s never going to be as good as wired, but its good for most uses
