    First of, when it works, it works great, that being said, if your internet drops or you change you wifi password, be ready to factory reset it and go through all the install process again.

    Not a good resolution for home if power goes out you have to call Netgear and spend an hour each time to get it up and running during the summer it was a drag we have roll-outs power outage and never came right back up I found out waited to long to return save you money there are better products out there

    This gave me nothing but problems. Took me over 2 hrs to originally setup, then worked for a few weeks. Eventually went offline and I had to reset it again. Id like to return for a refund, but the period has passed.

    After multiple attempts to get it to work with my internet carrier, and multiple useless calls to their tech support I was able to only get the WiFi to connect but No Internet connection. I returned product for refund.

    I had to plug Ethernet to my desktop in a room where there is is no port . This device is savior and integrated well with my nighthawk app and netgear router . Setup took less than 5 mins .

    This does exactly what I need it to do. It allows me to connect my non-wifi enabled camera system to the internet without having to run a cable through the entire house to plug it into the router. This device has not dropped the connection at all since setting it up. Great product!

    The only critique I have is that my phone’s VPN was preventing the app from working to connect the device to my wifi. The instructions didn’t suggest turning off my VPN. I had to search the internet for that solution. I would recommend Netgear add this as a recommendation when the app fails to detect the device.

    Took hr & half to get it set up/ linked to wifi. Possibly the wifi signal is having issue, fading out every few days. Idk why, but that’s why this product was purchased. Thinking the wifi wasn’t reaching far enough (weak signal). It has helped, but signal still fades about once a week. Still haven’t figured it what’s going on with that.

    The product adds signal strength for those devices that are farther away from your router but still within range. I evaluated this unit on my laptop on the other side of my house opposite the router. In other words, my router is on one side of the house and my laptop was on the other side of my house during this test. I did not detect any signal degradation and would recommend this product to others looking to extend their router’s signal strength at a reasonable price.

    Works amazingly for what we need!! Would definitely buy again if I need any more. I have a Tesla, so I need to update every so often, before with the router all the way on the opposite side of the house signal didn’t reach, now that I bought this my car receives perfect signal and it’s not a pain anymore to update!
